| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบการเรียนการสอนวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปด้วยการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บ 2) เปรียบเทียนความสามารถของนักศึกษาในด้านการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ความมีคุณ ธรรมจริยธรรม และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3) วิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการของสถาบันค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้เรียน รวมถึงผลที่ได้รับด้านอื่น ผู้วิจัยศึกษาการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแนวคิดพื้นฐานของวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป การเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บและการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง มาสร้างเป็นระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปนำไปทดลองใช้กับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุมชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป ในภาคการเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2543 จำนวน 60 คน ทำการสุ่มโดยวิธีจับคู่ ด้วยคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสม เข้ากลุ่มทดลอง 30 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 30 คน ดำเนินการสอนระยะเวลา 15 สัปดาห์ สัปดาห์ละ 2 ชั่วโมงรวม 30 ชั่วโมงในกลุ่มควบคุม ในกลุ่มทดลองชั้นอยู่กับผู้เรียนทั้งนี้ผู้เรียนจะต้องศึกษาด้วยตนเองผ่านเว็บอย่างน้อย 1 ครั้งต่อ 1 แผนการสอนและมีการเข้าพบผู้สอนเพื่อสรุปผลงานตามที่กำหนด ทำการวิเคราะห์ผลการทคลองด้วยสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) พบว่า 1. นักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปกลุ่มทดลองมีค่าคะแนนรวมเฉลี่ยคุณลักษณะการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเองและคุณลักษณะความมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม แต่มีค่าคะแนนรวมเฉลี่ยคุณลักษณะการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม และเมื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยความสามารถทั้ง 4 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 2. ภายหลังการสอนพบว่านักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปกลุ่มทดลองมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของคุณลักษณะการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง คุณลักษณะการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ และคุณลักษณะความมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บที่ได้พัฒนาชั้น สามารถพัฒนาความสามารถของนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาศึกษาทั่วไปได้ไม่แตกต่างจากการเรียนแบบปกติ พบว่าค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนใหญ่ของสถาบันการศึกษาได้แก่ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการติดตั้งระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตและห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ ค่าอุปกรณ์เครื่องบริการระยะไกล ค่าเช่าสายสัญญาณ ค่าใช้คู่สายโทรศัพท์ ค่าจ้างบุคลากร และค่าจัดทำเว็บการเรียนการสอน ส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายของส่วนของผู้เรียน ได้แก่ ค่าลงทะเบียน ค่าเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ค่าบริการอินเทอร์เน็ต ค่าเดินทาง และค่าเช่าหอพัก จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อ วิเคราะห์ผลได้พบว่าการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บเป็นสิ่งที่ควรทำและมีความเหมาะสมต่อการนำมาใช้ในวิชาศึกษาทั่วไป แต่ควรมีการพบผู้สอนควบคู่กันไปด้วย ทั้งนี้สังคมจะให้การ ยอมรับต่อการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บมากชั้น สถาบันควรสนับสนุนและวางแผนการลงทุนทางด้านไอทีให้มากขึ้นควรมีการดำเนินการในเรื่องมาตรฐานหลักสูตร การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาในระบบการเรียนการสอนผ่านเว็บ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were 1) to develop instructional system for general education course using Web-based Instruction 2) to compare the ability of self-directed learning, critical thinking skills, ethics and learning achievement of the students and 3) to analyze the cost of organization management, the students’ expenditure together with other cost benefits. The research model was implemented on a group of 60 first-year students who registered a general education subject at Sripatum University in the second semester of the academic year 2000. Two groups of the students, 30 students on each experiment and control group were chosen by matching procedure based on GPA, were used in the implementation. Using the traditional method, the control group was taught 2 hours per week for 15 weeks, a total of 30 hours. Each student in the experimental group was required to have at least 1 login per 1 lesson plan including a scheduled-summary with the instructor. The data were then analyzed using statistical t-test. The research results were as follows: 1. The students in the experimental group had average total score in the self-directed learning and ethical dispositions higher than those of the control group but lower in critical thinking disposition and learning achievement. Based on the test on the different average, the average ability in all 4 categories were not significant. 2. Posttest scores of self-directed learning, critical thinking, ethical dispositions and learning achievement were significantly higher than the pretest scores in the experimental group, (p < .05) 3. The Web-based Instruction system could enhance the students’ learning which was not different from those of traditional instruction. It is found that most of the educational institutes expenditures are the Internet system installation and computer laboratory, remote access services, lease lines, personnels, and WBI costs. Whereas of the student’s cost, they are registration fee, microcomputer cost, internet service charges, transportation and living expenses. The findings from various experts indicate the necessary to utilize the WBI for all of general education subjects. However, the approach should coincide with the traditional ones which the student must occasionally meet with the instructor. It is suggested that the WBI approach will widely be accepted in a long run. Educational institutes must commit to provide plan and support for their respective IT investment, and Web-based curriculum should be standardized with the appropriate educational quality controls. |
