| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานประชาสัมพันธ์ในโรงเรียนสาธิต สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ผู้บริหารจำนวน 43 คน และอาจารย์จำนวน 234 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ความถี่และร้อยละ กรอบการวิจัยที่ใช้เป็นการศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานประชาสัมพันธ์ 7 ด้าน คือ 1) ความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างบุคลากรในโรงเรียน 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างศิษย์เก่าและโรงเรียน 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครองและชุมชน 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมาคมผู้ปกครองและครู สมาคมศิษย์เก่า สมาคมวิชาชีพต่าง ๆ 6) กิจกรรมของนักเรียนและการบริการชุมชนของโรงเรียน 7) การใช้เอกสารสิ่งพิมพ์และสื่อมวลชน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานประชาสัมพันธ์ในโรงเรียนสาธิต สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย กรุงเทพมหานคร ส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 93) มีการดำเนินงาน 7 ด้าน คือ 1) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลากรในโรงเรียน 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างศิษย์เก่าและโรงเรียน 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครองและชุมชน 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมาคมผู้ปกครองและครู สมาคมศิษย์เก่า สมาคมวิชาชีพ ต่าง ๆ 6) กิจกรรมของนักเรียนและการบริการชุมชนของโรงเรียน 7) การใช้เอกสารสิ่งพิมพ์ และสื่อมวลชน ส่วนปัญหา การดำเนินงานประชาสัมพันธ์ในโรงเรียน บางส่วน (ร้อยละ 58) มีปัญหาการดำเนินงาน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลากรในโรงเรียน 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน 3) กิจกรรมของนักเรียนและการบริการชุมชนของโรงเรียน ส่วนน้อย (ร้อยละ 34) มีปัญหาการดำเนินงาน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างศิษย์เก่าและโรงเรียน 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครองและชุมชน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมาคมผู้ปกครองและครูสมาคมศิษย์เก่า สมาคมวิชาชีพต่าง ๆ 4) การใช้เอกสารสิ่งพิมพ์และสื่อมวลชน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the state and problems in public Relations in the demonstration schools under the Ministry of University Affairs, Bangkok. The population were 43 administrators and the samples were 234 teachers. Statistics used to analyze the data were frequency and percentage. The theoretical framework for this study was the public relations management in 7 aspects which were 1) Relationship between school personnel, 2) Relationship between teachers and students, 3) Relationship between alumni and schools , 4) Relationship between schools , parents and communities, 5) Relationship between parents and teachers, alumnus, and other associations, 6) School activities and school community services, and 7) The use of printed document and mass media. It was found that the 7 aspects of School Public Relations was in practice. There were 58 % of schools had problems in 1) Relationship between school personnel, 2) Relationship between teachers and students, and 3) School activities and school community services. And 34% had problems in 1) Relationship between alumni and schools, 2) Relationship between schools, parents and communities, 3) Relationship between parents and teachers, alumnus, and other associations, and 4) The use of printed document and mass media as their problems. |
