| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความเครียดและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียด กับปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 6 แห่งของโรงเรียนเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวอย่างประชากร คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายของโรงเรียนเอกชน ประเภทสามัญศึกษา สังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ที่มีการเรียนการสอนถึงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2541 ในกรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 1,456 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบทดสอบความเครียดของดูแกน (Dougan’s stress questionnaire) เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนเป็นเพศหญิง (61.3%) พักอาศัยอยู่กับบิดามารดา (50%) มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ที่กรุงเทพมหานคร (79.7%) ศึกษาในแผนกศิลปะศาสตร์ (74%) ได้รับค่าใช้จ่ายมากกว่า 2,500 บาทต่อเดือน (45.3%) มีโรคประจำตัว (19.6%) มีโรคทางกายหรือทางจิตในปัจจุบัน (5.8%) มีปัญหาในการนอน (13.5%) เล่นกีฬาหรือออกกำลังกาย (74.8%) มีความรู้สึกว่าอาจารย์ไม่คาดหวังในด้านการเรียน (53%) ไม่มีปัญหาด้านความสัมพันธ์กับบุคคลอื่น (76.6%) สามารถพูดคุยปรึกษากับบุคคลอื่นได้มากกว่า 1 คนเมื่อมีปัญหา (71.1%) ความเครียดของนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 36.33) ระดับความเครียดกับผู้ที่นักเรียนพักอาศัยอยู่ด้วย ภูมิลำเนา แผนการเรียน จำนวนเงินที่นักเรียนได้รับต่อเดือน และการพูดคุยปรึกษากับบุคคลอื่นเมื่อมีปัญหา มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (p<0.05) ระดับความเครียดกับ เพศ โรคประจำตัว การเล่นกีฬาหรือออกกำลังกาย และความรู้สึกถึงความคาดหวังของอาจารย์ต่อตัวนักเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 (p<0.01) ระดับความเครียดกับโรคทางกายหรือทางจิตในปัจจุบัน ปัญหาในการนอนและปัญหาด้านความสัมพันธ์กับบุคคลอื่น มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 (p<0.001) | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research is the descriptive research that aims to study about the stress and the relationship between stress and related factors of the students at the private high schools in Bangkok metropolis. The samples were 1,456 students at the private high schools in Bangkok under the control of the Ministry of Education. Questionnaires included personal information questionnaire and Dougan’s stress questionnaire. The results was revealed that most of the students were female (61.3%), resided with their parents (50%), had a domicile in Bangkok metropolis (79.9%), studied in the field of Arts (74%), received monthly allowance more than 2,500 baht (45.3%), had personal disease (19.6%) , had currently physical or psychological illness (5.8%), had sleeping problem (13.5%), exercise (74.8%), felt that teachers did not have expectations of the [student’s] knowledge (53%) did not have interpersonal relation problems (76.6%), able to consult to others more than one person when they had problems (71.1%). The stress of most students is in average (Mean = 36.33). The level of stresses related with people whom the students live with, Domicile, amount of allowance given to the students monthly, and consultation to others when having a problem reveal at the level of significance 0.05 (p<0.05). The level of stress relying on sex, personal disease, exercising, and feelings of teaches’s expectation toward students reveal at the level of significance 0.01 (p<0.01). The level of stress related with currently physical or psychological illness, sleeping problem, and problems of interpersonal relationship reveal at the level of significance 0.001 (p<0.001). | - |
