การติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาโสตทัศนศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2521-2527

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาโสตทัศนศึกษา บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2521-2527 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้มี 3 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มมหาบัณฑิต จำนวน 134 คน กลุ่มผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือนายจ้างของมหาบัณฑิต 96 คน และกลุ่มผู้ร่วมงานของมหาบัณฑิต 564 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามชนิดปลายปิด ปลายเปิด และชนิดประเมินค่า ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามจำนวน 134 ชุดไปยังมหาบัณฑิตทั้งหมดก่อนและได้รับคืนมา 97 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.38 พร้อมรายชื่อผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือนายจ้างและผู้ร่วมงานของมหาบัณฑิต จากนั้นจึงได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังประชากรอีกสองกลุ่มได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาจากกลุ่มผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือนายจ้างร้อยละ 70.83 และจากกลุ่มผู้ร่วมงานร้อยละ 59.57 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตและส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลของการวิจัยปรากฎว่า 1. มหาบัณฑิตทุกคนมีงานทำและส่วนใหญ่ทำงานในหน่วยงานราชการ โดยเป็นผู้ผลิตสื่อการสอนและให้บริการสื่อการสอนเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ปัญหาใหญ่ที่ประสบในหน่วยงานคือการขาดแคลนงบประมาณ 2. มหาบัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่มิได้ศึกษาต่อเพิ่มเติม แต่มีความต้องการที่จะศึกษาต่อในระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิตหากภาควิชาฯ จะเบิดการสอนในระดับนี้ 3. มหาบัณฑิตเสนอแนะว่า 3.1 ภาควิชาควรจะจัดหลักสูตรที่เน้นการฝึกทักษะและจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยอย่างพอเพียงต่อนิสิต 3.2 ภาควิชาควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมบริการสังคมให้มากขึ้น และมีการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับนิสิตเก่าอย่างต่อเนื่อง 4. ผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือนายจ้างและผู้ร่วมงานของมหาบัณฑิตประเมินว่า มหาบัณฑิตมีความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานในระดับดี

The purposes of the study were to follow-up, and evaluate the performances of the graduates of Master of Education in Audio-Visual Communications, Graduate School, Chulalongkorn University, during the academic years 1978-1984. Three groups of population were employed in the study : 134 graduates, 96 graduates' supervisors or employers, and 564 graduates' colleagues. Opened-and closed-end as well as evaluation-form type questionnaires were employed in the study. One hundred and thirty-four questionnaires were mailed to the graduates. Ninety-seven questionnaires or 72.38% were returned with the name list of their supervisors or employers, and colleagues. Then, two more sets of questionnaires were mailed to the remaining two groups of population according to the obtained name list. The percentage of questionnaires returned were 70.83% from the graduates' supervisors or employers, and 59.57% from the graduates’ colleagues. The data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that : 1. All graduates were employed and most of them had been worked in the government organizations. Their responsibilites concerned instructional media production, and services. Lack of funding was a major problem in the organizations. 2. Most of the graduates did not study further. They need to pursue their studies to a doctoral level whenever the department would offer such degree. 3. The graduates suggested that : 3.1 the department should develop the curriculum which concentrated more cr. skill practicing, and supply adequate and up-to-date equipment 3.2 the department should organize more activities to serve public, and to create continual relationship with alumni. 4. The graduates' supervisors or employers and their colleagues rated the graduates' capability in doing their jobs as "good" performances.
