| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน ตามการรับรู้ชองผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในเขตเทศบาล หรือสุขาภิบาล จำนวน 104 คน และผู้บริหารโรงเรียนนอกเขตเทศบาล หรือสุขาภิบาล จำนวน 317 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 421 คน ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทางไปรษณีย์ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 409 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 97.20 และนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความ แตกต่างด้วยค่า “ที" ( t-test ) และค่าไคสแควร์ (Chi-square) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การจัดและดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน โดยทั่วไปมีสภาพที่เหมาะสม และมีเพียงบางเรื่องเท่านั้น ที่จำเป็นต้องรีบปรับปรุงแก้ไขโรงเรียนในเขตและนอกเขตเทศบาล หรือสุขาภิบาลจัดและดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 ในบางเรื่องของทั้ง 4 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพ ด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพ ด้านการสอนสุขศึกษาและด้านการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน 2. การจัดและดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียน โดยสรุปรวมหมดทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีปัญหาที่ระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านหลักสูตรและการสอนสุขศึกษา และด้านการบริหารโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนมีปัญหาที่ระดับกลาง แค่ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมทางสุขภาพในโรงเรียน และด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนมีปัญหาที่ระดับน้อย 3. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในเขตและนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาล รับรู้ว่ามีปัญหาในการจัดและดำเนินงานโครงการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนทั้งโดยสรุปรวมหมดทั้ง 4 ด้าน และแยกเป็นรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยโรงเรียนในเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาล มีปัญหาน้อยกว่าโรงเรียนนอกเขตเทศบาลหรือสุขาภิบาล |
| Other Abstract: | The Purposes of this research were to study and to compare the state and problems in organizing and managing school health programs as perceived by the elementary school administrators under the Jurisdiction of the Office of the National Primary Education Commission, Eastern Region. The 421 school administrators, 104 from the inside and 317 from the outside the municipal or sanitary districts, were randomly sampled as the population of this study. The 409 questionnaires, accounted for 97.20 percent, were returned by mail. The data were statistically analyzed in terms of percentages, means, standard deviations, and then a t- test and Chi-square were applied. The results revealed as follows: 1. The states in organizing and managing school health programs were generally suitable, only some items needed to be urgently improved. The schools inside and outside the municipal or sanitary districts organized and managed their health programs different at the .05 level of statistical significance in some items of the 4 areas. They were the areas of school health environment, health services, health education teaching, end school health program administration. 2. The problems in organizing and managing the school health programs as e whole were at the moderate level. When considering in each area, the areas of health education curriculum and instruction, and school health program administration were at the moderate level, but the areas of school health environment. and health services were at the low level. 3. The school administrators inside and outside the municipal or sanitary districts perceived the problems in organizing and managing school health programs, both in total of 4 areas and in each area, to be statistical different at .0 5 level of significance, by the schools inside the municipal or sanitary districts possessed less problems than the schools outside. |
