| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาขวัญของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามส่งไปยังครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนรัฐบาล และครูพละศึกษาโรงเรียนราษฎร์ รวมทั้งหมด 200 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 180 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90 นำผลที่ได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ตามวิธีสถิติโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. ขวัญของครูพละศึกษาในโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานครอยู่ในระดับดี 2. ขวัญของครูพละศึกษาในโรงเรียนรัฐบาล และครูพละศึกษาโรงเรียนราษฎร์ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the morale of physical education teachers in Bangkok metropolis secondary schools. The questionnaires were constructed and sent to 200 public and private school physical education teachers. Ninety percent of the questionnaires were returned. The obtained data were then analyzed in terms of means and standard deviations. A "t" test was also employed to deter¬mine the significant difference. It was found that : 1. The morale of physical education teachers in Bangkok metropolis secondary schools was generally good. 2. There was no significant difference between the morale of teachers in the government schools and the morale of those in the private schools at the .05 level. |
