| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการณ์ ปัญหา อุปสรรค และความต้องการการประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัย และเพื่อหาข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย คือ การวิจัยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive Method) ขั้นตอนของการวิจัย ใช้การศึกษาเอกสาร และออกแบบสอบถาม ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ สังกัดทบวงมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งหมด 5 สถาบัน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 115 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัย คือ 1) สภาพการณ์การประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรบางส่วนยังไม่มีความรู้ เรื่องการประเมินหลักสูตร ผู้ประเมินหลักสูตร คือ กรรมการหลักสูตร หรือ กรรมการวิชาการ ทำการประเมินเป็นครั้งคราว เหตุผลที่ทำการประเมินเพราะสภาพสังคมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ใช้ คือ รวบรวมจากนักศึกษา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาปรับปรุง เนื้อหา รายละเอียดของหลักสูตร และการเรียนการสอน 2) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหา อุปสรรค ที่สถาบันส่วนใหญ่ประสบอยู่ คือ ขาดบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการประเมินหลักสูตร ขาดเครื่องมือประเมินที่เหมาะสม งบประมาณสำหรับการประเมินหลักสูตรไม่เพียงพอ เวลาสำหรับทำการประเมินน้อยเกินไป แนวทางการประเมินหลักสูตร คือ จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยเสนอแนะแนวทางให้ทุกสถาบันมีการอบรม ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรและคณาจารย์ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกคนให้มีความรู้เรื่องการพัฒนาหลักสูตร โดยเฉพาะการประเมินหลักสูตรอย่างทั่วถึง ควรมีคณะกรรมการทำหน้าที่ประเมินหลักสูตร โดยให้มีการประสานงานร่วมกับกรรมการหลักสูตร ทั้งนี้เพราะการประเมินหลักสูตรเป็นงานหลัก ใช้เวลามาก และต้องทำตลอดปี ผู้บริหารควรจะต้องจัดสรรเวลาและงบประมาณ สำหรับให้กรรมการประเมินหลักสูตรดำเนินการอย่างเพียงพอ ควรได้ทำการประเมินหลักสูตรกันอยู่เสมอ ทั้งการประเมินความก้าวหน้า (Formative Evaluation) และการประเมินผลรวมสรุป (Summative Evaluation) การประเมินควรทำอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีความสัมพันธ์กันเต็มตามระบบ ในที่นี้ ผู้วิจัยเสนอตัวอย่างการประเมินหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์บัณฑิต สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์ โดยใช้แบบจำลองซิป (Cipp Model) โดยมีการวางแผนการดำเนินงานอย่างสมบูรณ์ แสดงให้เห็นเหตุการณ์และช่วงเวลาที่จะดำเนินการตลอดกระบวนการประเมิน ผลที่ได้จากการประเมินผู้บริหารจะต้องถือเป็นหน้าที่ที่จะนำมาพิจารณาประกอบการตัดสินใจเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรของสถาบัน |
| Other Abstract: | This research was to survey the condition, problems and needs evaluating the bachelor of science in nursing curiculum of the Ministry of university affairs. Additionally, the study was intended to propose guidelines for evaluating such curriculum. Method and Procedures This study was a descriptive research, starting with the documentary study and then, the survey. Questionaires, developed by the researcher, were sent to 115 faculty members who were responsible for all curriculum matters. The instrument was developed to gather data concerning conditions, problems and concerning curriculum evaluation. The collected data was analyzed by using percentage and arithmatic means. Research Conclusions 1. Some of curriculum committee members reported that they had less than adequate knowledge about curriculum evaluation. The curriculum evaluators were members of the curriculum committee . The evaluation was done once in a while, whenever the societal need was evidented. The type of instrument, used more often, was questionnaires. The data, used in evaluating the content, and other details in curriculum and in improveing the instruction, were collected from the students. 2. The problems and constrainsts in evaluating the curriculum included the shortage of experts in curriculum evaluation, lack of appropriate instruments, shortage of financial support and, lastly, faculty had not enough time to do the curriculum evaluation. Recommendations It is recommended that all of nursing institutions should provide a seminar or workshop on curriculum development, especially, curriculum evaluation to all concerned faculty members. Each institution should have a committee responsible for curriculum evaluation together with the curriculum committee, since, the tasks of curriculum evaluation required time, energy and must be done all year round. Administrators must allocate time, money to the curriculum evaluation committee. The curriculum development should be evaluated continuously using system approach including formative and summative evaluation. To be used as the guideline -for evaluating the Baclulor of sceince in nursing curriculum of the Ministry of University Affairs, the author proposed curriculum evaluation model bass on CIPP Model. The proposed model indicated all of aspects of evaluation processes and the lenght of time in each aspects of curriculum evaluation. The evaluation information should be considered for curriculum development by administrators. |
