| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาว่า (1) หนังสือพิมพ์นำเสนอเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการจัดระเบียบสังคมในรูปแบบและประเด็นใด (2) เนื้อหาที่ปรากฎในหนังสือพิมพ์ เกี่ยวกับการจัดระเบียบสังคม มีการสนับสนุนและคัดค้านอย่างไร (3) บทบาทหน้าที่ของหนังสือพิมพ์ในการนำเสนอเนื้อหาการจัดระเบียบสังคม (4) ความคิดเห็นของบุคคลในสังคมต่อเนื้อหาดังกล่าว โดยศึกษาจากหนังสือพิมพ์ไทยรายวัน 4 ชื่อฉบับ ได้แก่ ไทยรัฐ ข่าวสด มติชน และไทยโพสต์ ตังแต่ฉบับวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2544 ถึง 31 มกราคม 2545 และสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นจากบุคคลระดับผู้นำความคิดเห็นในสังคมรวม 16คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หนังสือพิมพ์นำเสนอเนื้อหาการจัดระเบียบสังคมในรูปแบบ ข่าว มากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ คอลัมน์ หนังสือพิมพ์แต่ละฉบับมีประเด็นที่นำเสนอคล้ายคลึงกัน แต่ให้ความสำคัญมากน้อยต่างกันตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ประเด็นมาตรการด้านกฎหมาย , ปัญหาสังคมไร้ระเบียบเสื่อมโทรม , การเข้มงวดกวดขันของเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายต่าง ๆ, การเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายคัดค้านและสนับสนุน, ภัยของสังคมที่ตามมา ส่วนเนื้อหาที่ปรากฎในหนังสือพิมพ์เกี่ยวกับจัดระเบียบสังคมมีลักษณะสนับสนุนมากกว่าคัดค้าน การนำเสนอเนื้อหาการจัดระเบียบสังคมของหนังสือพิมพ์สะท้อนบทบาทหน้าที่และให้ลำดับความสำคัญคล้ายคลึงกัน ได้แก่ ให้ข่าวสาร ให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ให้การศึกษาแก่ประชาชนในเรื่องการจัดระเบียบสังคม สร้างสถานภาพบุคคล เป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นของฝ่ายสนับสนุนและคัดค้าน ทำให้สังคมมีความขัดแย้งน้อยลง ปลุกจิตสำนึกให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการจัดระเบียบสังคม ขยายนโยบายของรัฐบาลให้เป็นที่เข้าใจบุคคลระดับผู้นำความคิดเห็นในสังคมส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นต่อเรื่องการจัดระเบียบสังคมในเชิง สนับสนุน | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research are : (1) to analyze forms and issues covering the government social order regulation ; (2) to assess newspapers ‘s positons toward this regulation in terms of supporting and opposing ; (3) to analyze the roles of newspapers concerning this regulation; and (4) to explore various opinions of people toward the government’s social order. Data was acquired through the content analysis of 4 newspapers, namely Thairath, Khoasod. Matichon and Thaipost during June 1,2001-January 31,2002, as well as in depth interviews of 16 people who represented the opinion leaders in various related groups. The result demonstrated that the majority form of the coverage was news, followed by column. Each newspapers was most likely to report similar issues but different rank of importance, following : laws and regulations, problem of disorder society, regulation enforcement, and movements of supporting and opposing groups. It was also found that newspapers showed supporting direction rather than opposing. Each newspapers performed similar roles as well as rank of importance in reporting this regulation, including to inform, to provide knowledge and understanding, to educate people, to enhance status to the news sources, to create public debate, to lessen social conflict, to raise awareness of the society, and to widen the regulation. Finally, the result found that the interviewees showed positive feedback to this issue. | - |
