| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการจัดการบุคลากรที่ยุ่งยากของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความทนทาน การสื่อสาร ระหว่างบุคคล กับความสามารถในการจัดการบุคลากรที่ยุ่งยาก ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย และศึกษาปัจจัยที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการจัดการบุคลากรที่ยุ่งยากของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 215 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความทนทาน แบบสอบ ถามการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล และแบบสอบถามความสามารถในการจัดการบุคลากรที่ยุ่งยากของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยซึ่งได้ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาแล้ว และวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าเท่ากับ .87 .90 และ .70 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความสามารถในการจัดการบุคลากรที่ยุ่งยากของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานครอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X = 2.75 ) 2. ความทนทาน การสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถในการจัดการบุคลากรที่ยุ่งยากของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ = .22 และ .31 ตามลำดับ 3. ตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถในการจัดการบุคลากรที่ยุ่งยากของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 มี 2 ตัวแปร คือ การสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล การศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทโดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ความสามารถในการจัดการบุคลากรที่ยุ่งยากของหัวหน้า หอผู้ป่วยได้ร้อยละ 11.70 (R2 =.1170) ได้สมการพยากรณ์ดังต่อไปนี้ ^Z การจัดการบุคลากรที่ยุ่งยาก = 0.3218 *^Z การสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล + 0.1516 ^Z การศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท (สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the ability to handle difficult personnel of head nurses and to determine the relationships between personal factors, hardiness, interpersonal communication and the ability to handle difficult personnel. And to search for the variables that could be able to predict the ability to handle difficult personnel of head nurses in governmental hospitals, Bangkok Metropolis. The research subjects consisted of 215 head nurses, randomly selected through multi-stage sampling technique. Research instruments were hardiness, interpersonal communication and the ability to handle difficult personnel questionnaires. These instruments has been tested for content validity. The Cronbach Alpha Coefficients were. 87 , .90 and .70 respectively. The data were analyzed by Mean, standard Deviation, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings were as follows:- 1. The ability to handle difficult personnel of head nurses in governmental hospital, Bangkok Metropolis was at the middle level. (X =2.75) 2. There were positive relationships between hardiness, interpersonal communication and the ability to handle difficult personnel of head nurses and significant at the .05 level the correlation coefficient were .22 and .31 respectively. 3. The variables which could significantly predicted the ability to handle difficult personnel of head nurses were interpersonal communication and education at the .05 level. The predictors accounted for 11.70 % (R2 = 0.1170) of the variances. The function derived from the analysis was as follow : ^Zhandle = 0.3218* ^Zcom+ 0.1516 *^Zed2 (Standardized Scores) |
