| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหาและวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิผลขององค์การพยาบาล โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบเดลฟาย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารองค์การพยาบาล และด้านการพัฒนาและรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล จำนวน 20 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิผลขององค์การพยาบาลที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ความเห็นมีทั้งหมด 136 รายการ และมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่าเป็นตัวชีวัตดประสิทธิผลขององค์การพยาบาล มีทั้งหมด 114 รายการ จำแนกเป็น 3 ชุดข้อมูลย่อย คือ 1) รายการตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิผลขององค์การพยาบาลด้านผู้ให้บริการ 2) รายการาตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิผลขององค์การพยาบาลด้านการจัดการทางการพยาบาล และ 3) รายการตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิผลขององค์การพยาบาลด้านผู้รับบริการ รายการตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิผลขององค์การพยาบาลด้านผู้ให้บริการ ประกอบด้วยรายการตัวชี้วัดจำนวน 59 รายการ จำแนกเป็นกลุ่มตัวชี้วัดย่อยได้ 5 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) รายการตัวชี้วัดของผู้บริหาร จำนวน 10 รายการ 2) รายการตัวชี้วัดของพยาบาล จำนวน 8 รายการ 3) รายการตัวชี้วัดด้านการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จำนวน 15 รายการ 4) รามยการตัวชี้วัดด้านพฤติกรรมการทำงานของบุคลากรทางการพยาบาล จำนวน 10 รายการ และ 5) รายการตัวชี้วัดด้านการให้การพยาบาล จำนวน 16 รายการ รายการตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิผลขององค์การพยาบาลด้านการจัดการทางการพยาบาล ประกอบด้วยรายการตัวชี้วัดจำนวน 39 รายการ จำแนกเป็นกลุ่มตัวชี้วัดย่อยได้ 5 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) รายการตัวชี้วัดของสภาพแวดลอมด้านสถานที่ จำนวน 4 รายการ 2) รายการตัวชี้วัดด้านอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือใช้ทางการพยาบาล จำนวน 6 รายการ 3) รายการตัวชี้วัดด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จำนวน 5 รายการ 4) รายการตัวชี้วัดด้านการบริการจัดการในองค์การพยาบาล จำนวน 23 รายการ และ 5) รายการตัวชี้วัดด้านงบประมาณ จำนวน 1 รายการ รายการตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิผลขององค์การพยาบาลด้านผู้รับบริการ ประกอบด้วยรายการตัวชี้วัดจำนวน 16 รายการ จำแนกเป็นกลุ่มตัวชี้วัดย่อยได้ 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) รายการตัวชี้วัดด้านจำนวนผู้รับบริการ จำนวน 1 รายการ 2) รายกายตัวชี้วัดด้านการได้รับการดูแล จำนวน 6 รายการ และ 3) รายการตัวชี้วัดด้านคุณภาพการดูแลทางคลินิก จำนวน 9 รายการ | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to search and analyse the indicators of nursing organization effectiveness. By using Delphi Technique, the 20 experts were nursing administrators experts and Hospital Quality Improvement and Accreditation experts. The results revealed that indicators of nursing organization effectiveness composed of 136 items, 114 items were agreed by the 20 experts, and were classified into three aspects : 1) provider perspective, 2) nursing management perspective and 3) consumer perspective. The aspect of provider perspective composed of 59 items. The items can be classified into 10 administrator items, 8 nurse items, 15 human resource management items, 10 nursing personnel behavior items and 16 nursing care items. The aspect of nursing management composed of 39 items. The items can be classified into 4 workplace and environment items, 6 nursing equipment and supplies items, 5 information technology items, 23 nursing management items and 1 budgeting item. The aspect of consumer composed of 16 items. The items can be classified into 1 the amount of consumer item, 6 nursing care items and 9 quality of nursing care items. | - |
