dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงอธิบาย เพื่อศึกษาถึงอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านสถานภาพส่วนตัวของสมาชิกร้านค้าชนบท ปัจจัยด้านการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารและการสนับสนุนจากเจ้าหน้าที่ในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับร้านค้าชนบท และปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็น ความเข้าใจในหลักการ วัตถุประสงค์และวิธีดำเนินงานร้านค้าชนบทของสมาชิก ที่มีต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานร้านค้าชนบทของสำนักงานเร่งรัดพัฒนาชนบท จังหวัดสกลนคร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ตัวแปรระดับการศึกษา รายได้ การติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ การได้รับข่าวสารเพิ่มเติมจากป้ายประกาศหรือใบปลิวของทางราชการ ความคิดเห็นความเข้าใจในหลักการ ความเข้าใจในวัตถุประสงค์ และความเข้าใจในวิธีดำเนินงานของร้านค้าชนบทมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานร้านค้าชนบทอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ. 01 2. ตัวแปรด้านเพศ สถานภาพในครอบครัว การได้รับข่าวสารเพิ่มเติมจากโทรทัศน์ วิทยุ เพื่อนบ้านกรรมการร้านค้าชนบท กำนันผู้ใหญ่บ้าน เจ้าหน้าที่รพช. และหนังสือพิมพ์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานร้านค้าชนบทอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ. 05 3. ตัวแปรในปัจจัยด้านต่าง ๆ ที่ร่วมกันอธิบายความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานร้านค้าชนบท ได้แก่ ความเข้าใจในวิธีดำเนินงานของร้านค้าชนบท การได้รับข่าวสารเพิ่มเติมจากโทรทัศน์ สถานภาพในครอบครัวการติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ ระดับการศึกษา อายุของสมาชิก และการได้รับข่าวสารเพิ่มเติมจากป้ายประกาศหรือใบปลิวของทางราชการ โดยตัวแปรทั้ง 7 ตัวสามารถพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จได้ประมาณร้อนละ 59.05-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThis research was an explanatory research. The purposes of the research were to study the influences of factors related to Non-Formal Education, affecting the success of community retail shops of the Accelerated rural development office, Changwat Sakon Nakhon. The factors studied were i personal status factors, received information and supporting from the government official factors, sense of belonging, understanding about ideology, objective and procedure of community retail shops factors, of the members. The research finding were as follow; 1. These variables; education level, income, the communication with the government official, received information from official newsletter, sense of belonging, understanding about ideology, objective and procedure of community retail shops have significant relationships with the success of community retail shops procedure at the 0.01 level. 2. The following variable; on sexes, family status, received information from televisions, radios, neighbors, committee of community retail shops, village's leaders, accelerated rural development official and newspapers have significant relationships with the success of community retail shops procedure at the 0.05 level. 3. The variables which jointly explain the success of community retail shops were understanding about the procedure of community retail shops, received information from televisions, family status, the communication with government official, education level, age member, and received information from official newsletter. The variables which predicted the success is about 59.05%-
