| Abstract: | วัตถุปุระสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนโรงเรียนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่ศึกษาตามหลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในโครงการจัดกิจกรรมประชาธิปไตยกับโรงเรียนธรรมดา 3. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงราย สังกัดเทศบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ปีการศึกษา 2525 ในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 500 คน เป็นนักเรียนโรงเรียนในโครงการจัดกิจกรรมประชาธิปไตยจำนวน 267 คน และนักเรียนในโรงเรียนธรรมดาจำนวน 233 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสำรวจที่ปรับปรุงจากแบบสำรวจของยาใจ รีละชาติ เป็นแบบปรนัยชนิดเลือกตอบ จำนวน 39 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (X) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และทดสอบค่าซี (Z-test) ผลการวิจัย 1.นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาที่ศึกษาตามหลักสูตรประถมศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2521 โดยเฉลี่ยมีภาวะผู้นำอยู่ในระดับสูงทุกหมวดของคุณลักษณะผู้นำ 2.นักเรียนโรงเรียนในโครงการจัดกิจกรรมประชาธิปไตยกับนักเรียนโรงเรียนธรรมดา มีภาวะผู้นำแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 โดยนักเรียนโรงเรียนธรรมดามีภาวะผู้นำสูงกว่านักเรียนในโครงการจัดกิจกรรมประชาธิปไตย 3.เมื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำระหว่างเพศของนักเรียนพบว่ามีความแตกต่างกัน โดยที่นักเรียนหญิงมีภาวะผู้นำสูงกว่านักเรียนชายทั้งในส่วนรวมและในแต่ละประเภทของโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.5 4.นักเรียนโรงเรียนในโครงการจัดกิจกรรมประชาธิปไตยมีคุณลักษณะผู้นำด้านความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์สูงกว่านักเรียนในโรงเรียนธรรมดา และนักเรียนในโรงเรียนธรรมดา มีคุณลักษณะผู้นำด้านทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาและประนีประนอม ความยุติธรรม ความเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่และบุคลิกภาพเกี่ยวกับลักษณะท่าทางดีกว่านักเรียนโรงเรียนในโครงการจัดกิจกรรมประชาธิปไตย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 5.นักเรียนชายมีคุณลักษณะผู้นำด้านความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์สูงกว่านักเรียนหญิง แต่นักเรียนหญิงมีคุณลักษณะผู้นำด้านทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาและประนีประนอม ความมีเหตุผลความมีวินัยและมั่นใจในตนเอง การสื่อความหมาย ความซื่อสัตย์ ความยุติธรรม ความเมตตากรุณา การเสียสละเห็นอกเห็นใจ บุคลิกภาพเกี่ยวกับลักษณะท่าทางความกล้าและการควบคุมอารมณ์สูงกว่านักเรียนชาย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes The purposes of this study were 1.to investigate leadership of students who studies under the 1978 Elementary Education Curriculum. 2.To compare students’ leadership in Democracy Project Schools and ordinary Schools. 3.To compare boy students’ leadership and girl students’ leadership. Procedures The sample used in this research were 500 students in Chieng Rai province, They were in the schools under the office of Provincial Elementary Education, Municipal Schools and Private Schools in the academic year 1982. They were 267 students in Democracy Project Schools and 233 students in ordinary Schools. The instrument used in this research was an inventory form adopted from Yachai Reelachat’s one. It is a multiple choice objective types inventory with 39 items. The data was statistically analyzed in term of percentage, Mean (X), standard deviation (S.D.) and Z-test. Finding 1.Leadership of students who studies under 1978 Elementary Education Curriculum were above average in all leadership’s qualities 2.It was significantly different between students’ leadership in Ordinary Schools were higher than students’ leadership in Democracy Project Schools at the level of .05. 3.It was significantly different in leadership between sex of the students. Girl students’ leadership were higher than boys’ at the level of .05 as presented in both kinds of the school and in each of them. 4.Creative thinking of students in Ordinary Schools were higher than students in Democracy Project Schools. The students’ leadership qualities in Ordinary Schools were higher than students in Democracy Project Schools in problem-solving and compromising abilities, generousity, good personality and fairness at the level of .05. 5.Creative thinking of boys were higher than girls’ : while girls were higher than boys in problem-solving, compromising, reasoning and communicating abilities; self-discipline and self-confidence, fairness, kindness, honesty, scarification and sensitivity, good personality, bravery and also self-emotional control at the level of .05. |
