dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด ในเขตการศึกษา 10 2. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด ในเขตการศึกษา 10 3. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาและครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด ในเขตการศึกษา 10 สมมุติฐานการวิจัย ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาและครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด ในเขตการศึกษา 10 จำนวน 360 คน และ 392 คน ตามลำดับ รวมทั้งสิ้น 752 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเพื่อสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ลักษณะของแบบสอบถามเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า และแบบปลายเปิด การส่งและเก็บรวบรวมแบบสอบถาม ใช้วิธีส่งและเก็บคืนทางไปรษณีย์และด้วยตนเอง แบบสอบถามส่งไป 752 ฉบับ ได้รับคืนมาทั้งสิ้น 714 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.95 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) สรุปผลการวิจัย จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีความเห็นว่าได้แสดงพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดระบบการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดหาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ด้านการฝึกอบรมครูประจำการ ด้านการปฐมนิเทศครูใหม่ ด้านการจัดบริการพิเศษ ด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนและด้านการประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีความเห็นว่าได้แสดงพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ได้แสดงพฤติกรรมการนิเทศการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน 3. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการนิเทศกรศึกษาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดระบบการเรียนการสอน ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ด้านการจัดหาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ด้านการจัดปฐมนิเทศครูใหม่ ด้านการจัดบริการพิเศษ ด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน และด้านการประเมินผล ปรากฏว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านการฝึกอบรมครูประจำการปรากฏว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	Purposes of the study: 1. To study the opinions of primary school administrators concerning the educational supervisory behaviors of primary school administrators in Educational Region Ten. 2. To study the opinions of teachers concerning the educational supervisory behaviors of primary school administrators in Educational Region Ten. 3. To compare the opinions of school administrators and teachers concerning the educational supervisory behaviors of primary school administrators in Educational Region Ten. Hypothesis: There are no differences between the opinions of school administrators and teachers concerning the educational supervisory behaviors of primary school administrators. Research procedures: The samples used in the study consisted of 360 school administrators and 392 teachers. All of them are under the jurisdiction of Provincial Primary Education Offices in Educational Region Ten. A questionnaire was developed and 752 copies were employed in gathering information concerning the supervisory behaviors of primary school administrators. The questionnaire used was in the form of checklist, rating scale, and open-ended questions. Out of 752 copies sent out, 714 or 94.99 percent of them were completed and returned. The data were analyzed by means of frequency, percentage, arithemetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Findings: According to the opinions of primary school administrators and teachers, the educational supervisory behaviors of primary school administrators were as follows: 1. The supervisory behaviors of the primary school administrators were rated moderate by primary school administrations in the areas of developing curriculum, organizing for instruction, providing [facilities], providing materials, arranging for in-service education, orienting new staff members, relating special services, developing public relations, and evaluating but they were rated high in staffing. 2. The supervisory behaviors of the primary school administrators were rated moderate by teachers in every area. 3. There are statistically differences at the .01 level between the opinions of primary school administrators and teachers in the areas of developing curriculum, organizing for instruction, staffing, providing facilities, providing materials, orienting new staff members, relating special services, developing public relations and evaluating. As for the in-service education, the difference was found at the .05 level.
