| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 9 เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติ คุณลักษณะ และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 9 เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติ คุณลักษณะ และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สมมติฐานของการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษามีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ คุณสมบัติ คุณลักษณะ และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย ประชากร 2 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 182 คน และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษา จำนวน 259 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 441 คน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 9 จำนวน 92 โรงที่สุ่มได้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม 2 ชุด ที่มีลักษณะเดียวกัน ชุดที่ 1 สำหรับผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ชุดที่ 2 สำหรับครูผู้สอนพลศึกษา แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบ และแบบประเมินค่า ประกอบด้วย สถานภาพส่วนตัวของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม และคำถามเกี่ยวกับ คุณสมบัติ คุณลักษณะ และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษา จำนวน 70 ข้อ ได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไป จำนวน 504 ฉบับ และได้รับกลับคืนมา 441 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 93.43 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า t-test ผลการวิจัย คือ 1) ผลความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเกี่ยวกับ คุณสมบัติ คุณลักษณะ และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษา สรุปได้ ดังนี้ คือ 1.1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาที่มีต่อคุณสมบัติของครูพลศึกษา ด้านวุฒิ ประสบการณ์ ความรู้ในวิชาความรู้ทั่วไป และความรู้ทางวิชาชีพ จากจำนวนคำถามทั้ง 23 ข้อ แล้วพบว่า ทั้งผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพล-ศึกษามีความคิดเห็นในเรื่องนี้อยู่ในระดับ เห็นด้วย ยกเว้นเรื่องที่ว่า ครูพลศึกษาควรจะจบการศึกษาตั้งแต่ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความเห็นอยู่ในระดับ ไม่แน่ใจ และเรื่องที่ว่า ครูพลศึกษาควรเป็นนักกีฬายอดเยี่ยมมาก่อน ทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับ ไม่เห็นด้วย 1.2) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะของครูพลศึกษาด้านร่างกาย บุคลิกภาพ จิตใจ อารมณ์ และสังคม จากจำนวน 25 ข้อ แล้วพบว่า ทั้งผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นในเรื่องนี้อยู่ในระดับ เห็นด้วย ยกเว้นเรื่องที่ว่า ครูพลศึกษาควรมีรูปร่าง หน้าตาดี ดึงดูดความสนใจบุคคลทั่วไป และครูพลศึกษาควรวางตัวให้เป็นที่น่าเกรงขามตลอดเวลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความเห็นอยู่ในระดับ ไม่แน่ใจ และเรื่องที่ว่า ผู้ที่จะเป็นครูพลศึกษาไม่จำเป็นต้องมีสติปัญญาสูง ทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความเห็นอยู่ในระดับ ไม่เห็นด้วย 1.3) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาที่มีต่อความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของครูพลศึกษา ด้านทักษะ ความสามารถในการรับผิดชอบต่องาน ความสามารถในการตัดสินใจ ความสามารถในการมีส่วนร่วม และความสามารถในการประสานงาน จากจำนวน 22 ข้อ แล้วพบว่า ทั้งผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษามีความคิดเห็นในเรื่องนี้ในระดับ เห็นด้วย ยกเว้นเรื่องที่ว่า การตัดสินใจของครูพลศึกษา จะต้องอาศัยสัญชาติญาณ และไหวพริบมากกว่าอาศัยข้อมูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความเห็นอยู่ในระดับ ไม่แน่ใจ และเรื่องที่ว่า กิจกรรมทางวิชาการต่างๆ ที่จัดขึ้นในโรงเรียน ครูพลศึกษาไม่มีความจำเป็นต้องเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสองกลุ่มมีความเห็นอยู่ในระดับ ไม่เห็นด้วย 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนพลศึกษาเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติ คุณลักษณะ และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน ของครูพลศึกษา ปรากฏว่า ความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสองกลุ่ม ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The Purpose of the study were as follows: 1. To study the opinions of administrators and physical education teachers concerning characteristics. qualifications and capability of physical education teachers in secondary schools in education region nine. 2. To compare the opinions of administrators and physical education teachers regarding characteristics, qualifications and capabilities of physical education teachers in education; region nine. Hypothesis: The opinions between the administrators and physical education teachers regarding qualifications, characteristics and capability of physical education teachers do not differ. Research Procedures; The sampling used in this research consisted of two groups of persons : 182 administrators and 259 physical education teachers in secondary school under the Auspices of the Department of General Education in the educational Region Nine, totaling 441 people from 92 secondary schools. The instruments used in this study were two similar forms of questionnaires. The first was for secondary school administrators; the second was for the physical education teachers. The questionnaires included a check-list and a rating scale. These instruments included items about the status of the sample population and 70 items about qualifications, characteristics and capability of physical education teachers. Five hundred and four copies of the questionnaires ware distributed and four hundred forty-one completed copies (93.43%) were returned. The data were analysed by using percentages 1 means, standard deviation, and the t-test Findings and Conclusions; 1.The opinions concerning the qualifications of physical education teachers including educational qualifications experience, general education knowledge and professional knowledge were as follows: 1.1 The opinions concerning the qualifications of physical education teachers including educational qualification, experience, general education and professional knowledge. For 23 items of questions the opinions of both samples were at high level of agreement. Except the item regarding physical education teacher should be graduated person, the opinions of both sampling were at not sure level of agreement, and the item regarding physical education teacher should have been the famous sports man, the opinions were at disagree level of agreement. 1.2 The opinions concerning the characteristics of physical education teachers including physical appearance, personality, emotions and social characteristics. For 25 items the opinions of both samples were at the high level of agreement except for the item indicating that the physical education teacher should be good lookings have good posture J and be attractive. For this item the opinions of both samples were at the not sure level of agreement. For the item indicating that the physical education teacher need not be highly intelligent the opinions of both samples were at the disagree level of agreement. 1.3 The capability of physical education teacher included skill, responsibility, decision-making, participation and co-ordination. For 22 items the opinions of both samples were at high level of agree¬ment except for the item indicating that the decision-making of physical education- teachers depended on the instinct and intelligence more than on data: the opinions of both samples were at the hot sure level of agreement. For the item indicating that physical education teachers should, not participate in all school academic -activities, the opinions were at the disagree level of agreement. 2. The result of the comparison was that there were no significant differences at the .05 level between the opinions of the administrators and the physical education teachers on the characteristics, qualification and capability of the physical education teachers in secondary school. |
