| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนและครูพลศึกษาเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการนิเทศของศึกษานิเทศก์ สังกัดกรมพลศึกษา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามส่งไปยังผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษา จำนวน 308 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาจำนวน 290 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 97.00 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที ผลปรากฏว่า 1. พฤติกรรมการนิเทศของศึกษานิเทศก์ สังกัดกรมพลศึกษาในด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรและการสอน ด้านเทคนิคการนิเทศ และด้านความเป็นผู้นำทั้งผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับดีทุกข้อ 2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษา โดยส่วนร่วมพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านเทคนิคการนิเทศ และด้านความเป็นผู้นำ มีความแตกต่างกันที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate the opinions of school administrators and physical education teachers on supervising behaviors of supervisors under the jurisdiction of the Department of Physical Education. Questionnaires were constructed and sent to 308 school administrators and physical education teachers. Two-hundred and ninety or 97 percent of questionnaires were returned. The obtained data were then analyzed in terms of percentages, means, and standard deviations. The t-test was also applied in order to determine any significant difference. It was found that: 1. School administrators and physical education teachers were of opinion that the supervising behaviors of supervisors under the jurisdiction of the Department of Physical Education were at the “good” level in all aspects, namely, in the aspects of personality, human relationship, understanding on the curriculum and instruction, supervising techniques and in the aspect of leadership. 2. When the opinions of school administrators were compared to those of physical education teachers by the t-test, it was found that there was no significant difference at the .05 level except in the aspects of supervising techniques and leadership. |
