| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้เกี่ยวกับการจัดสอนงานเลือกกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ โดยใช้เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีลักษณะเป็นแบบเติมคำ และมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ตัวอย่างประชากร คือผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 249 คน และครูผู้สอนงานเลือก 471 คน จากโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ที่เปิดสอนงานเลือกกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ชั้น ป.5 และ ป.6 ปีการศึกษา 2527 ผลการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการจัดสอนงานเลือกกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีดังนี้ 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนร่วมกับครูผู้สอนเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจเลือกสอนงานเลือกในโรงเรียนเป็นส่วนใหญ่ โดยคำนึงถึงครูที่มีความสามารถในการสอนและความเหมาะสมกับสภาพท้องถิ่น 2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเห็นด้วยมาก ต่อการเปิดสอนงานเลือกในโรงเรียน 3. มีความพอใจในระดับมากต่อการสอนของครูและการเรียนของนักเรียน โดยเฉพาะการเอาใจใส่ในการสอนของครู และการเอาใจใส่ในการเรียนของนักเรียน ยกเว้นการติดตามผลการนำไปใช้และการจำหน่ายผลผลิตของนักเรียนที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพอใจในระดับน้อย 4. มีปัญหามากที่สุดเกี่ยวกับงบประมาณในการจัดซื้อวัสดุฝึกงานและอุปกรณ์มีไม่เพียงพอ และการขาดครูที่มีความสามารถในการสอน ส่วนความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนงานอาหารและโภชนาการ งานการทำสวนผัก งานสาน และงานประดิษฐ์ เศษวัสดุเหลือใช้ในท้องถิ่น มีดังนี้ 1. ศึกษาเนื้อหาของงานที่สอนจากใบความรู้และเอกสารทั่วๆไป แต่เห็นว่าหนังสือสำหรับค้นคว้าหาความรู้เพิ่มเติมมีอยู่ในปริมาณที่น้อย 2. งานเลือกที่สอนสอดคล้องกับสภาพของท้องถิ่นที่โรงเรียนตั้งอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ในท้องถิ่นมีบุคคลที่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานที่สอน แต่ไม่มีสถานประกอบอาชีพอิสระ และไม่มีแหล่งจำหน่ายผลผลิต (ยกเว้นงานการทำสวนผักที่ครูผู้สอนเห็นว่าในท้องถิ่นมีแหล่งจำหน่ายผลผลิต) 4. อัตราส่วนเฉลี่ยของอุปกรณ์ต่อจำนวนนักเรียน แต่ละงานเลือก เป็นดังนี้ 4.1 งานอาหารและโภชนาการ อุปกรณ์ที่นักเรียนใช้ประจำตัว ได้แก่ จาน ช้อน ถ้วย ส่วนครกใช้ 1 อัน ต่อนักเรียน 20คน 4.2 งานการทำสวนผัก ใช้จอบขุด บัวรดน้ำ และส้อมพรวนดิน 1อัน ต่อนักเรียน 2-4 คน ส่วนเครื่องพ่นยาฆ่าแมลงใช้ 1 เครื่อง ต่อนักเรียน 51คน 4.3 งานสาน ใช้กรรไกร 1 เล่ม ต่อนักเรียน 4 คน และใช้มีดเหลา 1เล่มต่อนักเรียน 26คน 4.4 งานประดิษฐ์เศษวัสดุเหลือใช้ในท้องถิ่น ใช้กรรไกรตัดกระดาษ 1 เล่ม ต่อนักเรียน 3คน และใช้ค้อนอันเล็ก 1 อันต่อนักเรียน 29 คน 5. มีความพอใจระดับมากต่อการปฏิบัติงานของนักเรียนตามจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้แต่การกำหนดราคาจำหน่ายสำหรับงานอาหารและโภชนาการ งานการทำสวนผัก และงานประดิษฐ์ เศษวัสดุเหลือใช้ในท้องถิ่น การออกแบบสำหรับงานสานที่ครูผู้สอนมีความพอใจในระดับน้อย 6. มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการขาดวัสดุอุปกรณ์การสอน และผู้ปกครองให้ความร่วมมือน้อย 7. การเตรียมและการจัดการเรียนการสอนงานเลือก ครูผู้สอนปฏิบัติได้สูงสุด คือการนำวัสดุที่หาง่ายในท้องถิ่นมาใช้สอน การสอนให้นักเรียนลงมือปฏิบัติจริง การสอนให้นักเรียนทำงานเป็นกลุ่ม การให้ความสำคัญต่อผลสำเร็จของงานที่ทำ และการให้ความสำคัญต่อกระบวนการทำงานเป็นลำดับขั้นตอน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the opinions of administrators and teachers of elementary schools in southern border provinces on teaching management of elective courses in the work oriented experiences area. The instrument used in this study was the questionnaire for the administrators and teachers. The percentages, mean, and standard deviation were used in data analysis. Sample were 249 school administrators and 471 teachers who teach in Prathom Five and Six in the academic year 1984. The finding of the administrators‘ opinions were as follows: 1. In the determination of courses to be offerred, it was mainly the joint consideration of both teachers and administrators on the bases of teachers‘ capabilily and local needs. 2. Administrators were highly enthusiastic toward offerring of the courses. 3. Administrators expressed their high satisfaction in teaching and learning process especially on the eagerness of both teachers and students but the satisfactory level concerning the utilization and selling of the students‘ products was considerably low. 4. Problems most referred to were lack of appropriation, inadequacy of training materials and unqualified teachers. The finding of the teachers' opinions were as follows: 1. Work sheets and leaflets were often used in planning of the courses. The availability of comprehensive texts was minimal. 2. Courses were highly responsive to the local needs. 3. Resource persons were available but there was no place to work and to sell products, except the place for selling vegetable. 4. The Ratio of equipment to student was as the followings: 4.1 In foods and nutrition work, cups, spoons and plates were available for each individual student but one mortar was shared by 20 students, 4.2 In vegetable gardening work, two to four students shared one set of hoe, watering can and soiling fork and fifty one students shared one sprayer. 4.3 In weaving work, four students snared one scissor and 26 students for one smoothing knife. 4.4 In handicraft for local waste materials work, three students shared one scissor and 29 students for one small hammer. 5. Teachers expressed their high satisfaction to the students‘ accomplishment according to learning objectives. But their satisfaction were low on the pricing of products from foods and nutrition, vegetable gardening and handicraft for local waste materials Work, and on designing of weaving. 6. Inadequate supplies and training materials, and lack of cooperation from parents were reported as main problems. 7.
