dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับหน้าที่และปัญหาในการบริหารงานบุคคลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังผู้บริหารและหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ จำนวน 38 โรง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารจำนวน 190 ฉบับ หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา จำนวน 452 ฉบับ รวม 642 ฉบับ ได้รับคืนจำนวน 536 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.49 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS คำนวณค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ มีการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับหน้าที่ในการบริหารงานบุคคลอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับคือ การวางแผนกำลังคน การไกล่เกลี่ยปัญหาด้านบุคลากร การพัฒนาค่าตอบแทนและสิ่งจูงใจ การนำเข้าสู่หน่วยงาน การให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน การสรรหา การปฏิบัติงานต่อเนื่อง ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในการทำงานสำหรับการคัด เลือกมีการปฏิบัติในระดับน้อย 2. ปัญหาของการบริหารงานบุคคลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษอยู่ในระดับน้อยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้คือ การคัดเลือกบุคลากร การสรรหาบุคลากร การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน การวางแผนกำลังคน การให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร การนำเข้าสู่หน่วยงาน ค่าตอบแทนและสิ่งจูงใจ การปฏิบัติงานต่อเนื่อง การพัฒนาบุคลากร ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในการทำงาน การไกล่เกลี่ยปัญหาด้านบุคลากร-
dc.description.abstractalternativeThe propose of this research was to study about the personnel administration functions of extra- large secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education Bangkok Metropolis. The researcher sent 642 questionnaires to 190 administrators and 452 head of academic deviations of 38 extra-large secondary schools. 536 or 83.49 percent were completed and returned. The data was analyzed by using the SPSS computer programed in percentage terms, arithmetic means and standard deviations. Finding of the research 1. The extra-large secondary school performance about the personnel administration functions was rated high on manpower planning, collective negotiation, development, compensation, induction, information, appraisal, recruitment, continuity of service, security, the performance on selection was low. 2. The problems in the personnel administration function of extra-large secondary school were rated low. They were low on selection, recruitment, appraisal, manpower planning, information, induction, compensation, continuity of service, development, security, collective negotiation.-
