dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน ผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษา และผู้บังคับบัญชาของผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษา เกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาการศึกษาชั้นสูงพลศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2525 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างอาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน และผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตร ที่มีต่อหลักสูตร 3. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างอาจารย์ผู้สอนและผู้บังคับบัญชาเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพของผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตร ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร ซึ่งประกอบด้วย อาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน ผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาและผู้บังคับบัญชา จำนวน 672 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ข้อมูลที่รับคืนกลับ ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที และความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า อาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน ผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษา เห็นว่า โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ด้านคุณลักษณะที่ผู้สำเร็จการ ศึกษาพึงมีตามวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร ด้านกิจกรรมและปัจจัยที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านโครงสร้างเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร หมวดวิชาพื้นฐาน ด้านโครงสร้างเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรหมวดวิชาชีพ ด้านโครงสร้างเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรหมวดวิชาเอก ด้านโครงสร้างเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรหมวดวิชาโท ด้านโครงสร้างเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรหมวดวิชาเลือกพลศึกษาและนันทนาการ และด้านการประเมินผล มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ระหว่างความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน และผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษา ที่มีต่อหลักสูตรในทุกด้าน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ ระดับ .05 สำหรับผลการทดสอบค่าที ระหว่างความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ผู้สอน และผู้บังคับบัญชาเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพของผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตร ผลปรากฏว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านเป็นผู้ที่มีร่างกายแข็งแรงทรวดทรงสง่าผ่าเผย เป็นผู้ที่มีความคิดพูดทำอย่างมีเหตุผล พูดจาฉะฉานใช้ภาษาได้ถูกต้องตามกาละบุคคลและสังคม ให้เกียรติและยกย่องผู้อื่นตามความเหมาะสม ส่วนในด้านอื่นๆนั้น ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to investigate the opinions of the instructors, students, graduates and employers concerning the curriculum of higher certificate of physical education BE.2525 to compare the opinions among instructors, students and the graduates; and to compare the opinions between the instructors and the employers on the Graduate’s competency. Questionnaires were constructed and sent to 672 instructors, students, graduates and employers. Questionnaires were 100 percent returned. The Obtained data were then analyzed in terms of percentages, means, and standard deviations. One Way Analysis of Variance and t-test were also applied to determine any significant difference. It was found that instructors, students and the graduates believed that the curriculum structure, namely, objective, designable characteristic expected, teaching activities and factors facilitating instruction, structure and content of general education, structure and content of professional education, structure and content of majoring area, the structure and content of minoring area, structure and content of elective and recreation area, and measurement and evaluation procedures were suitable and acceptable at the "high" level. On comparing the opinions concerning curriculum structure and content among instructors, students and graduates found that there was no significant difference at the .05 level. On comparing the opinions concerning the graduate’s competency by a t-test method between those of instructors and employers revealed that there was no significant difference except in the aspects concerning personality, logical thinking, ability to communicate efficiently and correctly, and to adjust properly at the .05 level.
