Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะวิชาสังคมศึกษา ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ของครูสังคมศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนวิชาสังคมศึกษาแตกต่างกัน ประชากรเป็นครูสังคมศึกษาจากโรงเรียนรัฐบาล ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในเขตการศึกษา 2 จำนวน 199 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม 1 ชุด ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเองแล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูสังคมศึกษาจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะวิชาสังคมศึกษาทั้งด้านทักษะทางวิชาการ และทักษะทางสังคมปานกลาง แต่การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านและตีความวัสดุกราฟิค การทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเวลาและการลำดับเหตุการณ์ และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีการจัดน้อย และสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูสังคมศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนต่างกันไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 2. ครูสังคมศึกษามีปัญหาในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะวิชาสังคมศึกษาทั้งด้านทักษะทางวิชาการและทักษะทางสังคมปานกลาง และครูที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนต่างกันมีปัญหาในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนไม่แตกต่างกันที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract:	The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the states of and problems in development of lower secondary education students’ social studies skills of the social studies teachers with different teaching experiences. The subjects were 199 lower secondary school social studies teachers from government secondary schools in Educational Region Two. The research instrument was a set of questionnaires constructed by the researcher. The obtained data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings were as follows: 1. The social studies teachers managed instructional activities for developing social studies skills, both academic and social skills of the students at the moderate level, but the instructional activities for developing the students’ skills of graphic reading and interpretation, understanding of time and chronology, and creative thinking were managed at the low level. The state of instructional activities management of the teachers with different experiences was comparatively not different at the 0.5 level of significance. 2. The social studies teachers’ problems in instructional activities management for developing the students’ social studies skill both academic and social skills were at the moderate level. The problems in instructional activities management of the teachers with different teaching experiences were comparatively not different at the 0.5 level of significance.
