| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการใช้สารนิเทศของอาจารย์สถาบันราชภัฏ ในด้าน เนื้อหา วัตถุประสงค์ รูปแบบ ภาษา ความทันสมัย แหล่งสารนิเทศ และปัญหาในการใช้สารนิเทศ โดยตั้งสมมุติฐานว่า การใช้สารนิเทศของอาจารย์ในสถาบันราชภัฏแตกต่างไปตามลักษณะเฉพาะบุคคล คือ สถานภาพที่รับผิดชอบ สถาบัน และคณะที่สังกัดผลการวิจัย พบว่า การใช้เนื้อหาสารนิเทศของอาจารย์แตกต่างกัน อาจารย์ที่ทำหน้าที่บริหารใช้เนื้อหาสารนิเทศเรื่องการบริหารงานทุกด้าน การใช้เนื้อหาสารนิเทศจำแนกตามเขตภูมิศาสตร์ไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามคณะที่สังกัดแตกต่างกัน สารนิเทศที่ใช้เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักสูตรในคณะ วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้สารนิเทศ อาจารย์ที่ทำหน้าที่บริหารใช้สารนิเทศแตกต่างจากอาจารย์ที่ทำหน้าที่บริหารและสอนเฉพาะในการใช้เพื่อการบริหารเท่านั้น นอกนั้นไม่แตกต่างกัน วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้สารนิเทศ จำแนกตามเขตภูมิศาสตร์ของสถาบันและตามคณะ ไม่แตกต่างกัน การใช้รูปแบบสารนิเทศ อาจารย์ที่ทำหน้าที่บริหารใช้มากกว่า และแตกต่างจากอาจารย์ที่ทำหน้าที่บริหารและสอน 5 รายการ คือ หนังสือพิมพ์ วารสารวิชาการ รายงานประจำปีกรมการฝึกหัดครู ข่าวสารทันสมัย และรายงานการประชุม ส่วนอาจารย์ที่ทำหน้าที่บริหารและสอนใช้มากกว่า คือ หนังสือ ตำรา/ วิชาการ ความรู้ทั่วไป พจนานุกรม/สารานุกรม/คู่มือ บรรณานุกรม นิตยสาร ภาพยนตร์ และวิดิทัศน์ การใช้รูปแบบสารนิเทศจำแนกตามเขตภูมิศาสตร์แตกต่างกัน คือ อาจารย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครใช้วารสารวิชาการ และรูปแบบสารนิเทศทุกรายการ มากกว่าอาจารย์นอกเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร การใช้จำแนกตามคณะไม่แตกต่างกันการใช้ภาษาของสารนิเทศ อาจารย์ที่ทำหน้าที่บริหารใช้สารนิเทศภาษาไทยระดับมาก ภาษาอังกฤษระดับปานกลาง เช่นเดียวกับอาจารย์ที่ทำหน้าที่บริหารและสอน ความทันสมัยของสารนิเทศที่ใช้ไม่แตกต่างกัน อาจารย์ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครใช้สารนิเทศที่มีอายุ 1-6 เดือน 6-12 เดือน ระดับมากการใช้แหล่งสารนิเทศ และปัญหาการใช้สารนิเทศของอาจารย์ ไม่แตกต่างกันผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน พบว่า การใช้สารนิเทศของอาจารย์ในสถาบันราชภัฏ แตกต่างกันในด้านเนื้อหาและรูปแบบสารนิเทศ ด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to study and compare the information uses of Rajabhat Institutes’s administrators and lecturers in 7 aspects; content, opjective, format, language, being up to date, information sources, and problems. It hypothesized that the information uses of Rajabhat – Institutes’s faculty members differentiate in status, institutes inside or outside Bangkok Metropolitan area, and faculties. Results of the study presented that the administrators use the more content of execution than the lecturers. No different uses between institutes. The faculty members use the information with different content, concerning with the faculty’s curriculum. The objective of information uses has no difference. The administrators use more formats of information; newspaper, academic journals, the annual reports of the Office of Rajabhat Institutes Council, current awareness, and proceedings than the lecturers. The lecturers use more formats of information; textbooks, general works, dictionaries/ encyclo-pedias/ handbooks, bibliographies, megazines, motion pictures, and videoes than the administrators. The members in institutes inside Bangkok Metropolitan area use more academic journals and others than the outside members. There are no different uses between faculties. They use Thai language – information in high level and use English language information in middle – level. There are no difference in using up to date information as they use 1-6 month, and 6-12 month up to date information most. There are no difference in the use of information sources and problems in information uses. The results of this study suggest that the information uses of Rajabhat Institutes’s members has differences in content and format of information, but no differences in other aspects. |
