| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 5 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ เขตการศึกษา 5 โดยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสิ้น 646 คน แบ่งเป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 295 คน และครู 351 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบวัดความเข้าใจ มีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบ (Check list) และแบบเลือกตอบ (Multiple-Choices) แบบวัดความเข้าใจที่ได้รับกลับคืนมาร้อยละ 97.42 มีความสมบูรณ์ร้อยละ 92.41 นำมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างด้วย t-test และ F-test สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหารและครูตามระดับคะแนนความถูกต้องพบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูมีความเข้าใจในระดับมากที่สุดในหมวดความหมายของการนิเทศการศึกษา หลักการนิเทศการศึกษา บทบาทและหน้าที่ของบุคลากรทางการนิเทศการศึกษา คุณลักษณะและคุณสมบัติของผู้นิเทศการศึกษา งานนิเทศการศึกษา แผนงาน และโครงการทางการนิเทศการศึกษา กระบวนการทางการนิเทศการศึกษา กิจกรรมทางการนิเทศการศึกษา และเทคนิคและทักษะทางการนิเทศการศึกษา ส่วนหมวดความสำคัญ ความจำเป็น และจุดมุ่งหมายทางการนิเทศการศึกษา ผู้บริหารและครูมีความเข้าใจในระดับมาก และหมวดบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนิเทศการศึกษา ผู้บริหารและครูมีความเข้าใจในระดับน้อย 2. เมื่อวิเคราะห์เป็นรายด้านพบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูมีความเข้าใจในระดับมากทุกด้านและเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความเข้าใจระหว่างผู้บริหารกับครูพบว่า ผู้บริหารมีความเข้าใจมากกว่าครูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในด้านแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการศึกษาและบุคลากรทางการนิเทศการศึกษา และผู้บริหารมีความเข้าใจมากกว่าครูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านแนวปฏิบัติและวิธีการเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการศึกษา ส่วนด้านการประเมินผลทางการนิเทศการศึกษา ผู้บริหารกับครูมีความเข้าใจไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการศึกษาของผู้บริหาร และครูจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ อายุราชการ วุฒิการศึกษา และขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่ามีความเข้าใจไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นผู้บริหารและครู จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่าผู้บริหารและครูเพศชายมีความเข้าใจมากกว่าผู้บริหารและครูเพศหญิงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในด้านแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการศึกษา บุคลากรทางการนิเทศการศึกษา แนวปฏิบัติและวิธีการเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศการศึกษา ส่วนด้านการประเมินผลทางการนิเทศการศึกษามีความเข้าใจไม่แตกต่างกัน |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose of the Research. The purpose of the Research was to study the understanding about educational supervision of school administrators and teachers in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the National Primary Education Commission, Educational Region Five. Procedures and Methodology. The samples used in the study were administrators and teachers in elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the National Primary Education Commission, Educational Region Five. The stratified random sampling was used as a procedure for selecting the sample. With the total number of 646,295 persons were administrators and 351 were teachers. The research instrument was a Comprehension Test consisting of check list and multiple-choices. Ninety-seven point four-two percent of all the test copies were returned, and ninety-two point four-one percent of copies were perfect. The data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. Findings and Conclusions. 1. According to administrators’ and teachers’ understanding in educational supervision, it was found that administrators and teachers had their understanding at the highest level in the definition and principles of educational supervision, roles and responsibility of personnel in educational supervision, characteristics and qualifications of educational supervisors, jobs, plans and projects, process, activities, and techniques and skills in educational supervision. The understanding of significance, necessity and aims in educational supervision was in high level; however, the understanding of personnel involved in educational supervision was at the low level. 2. It was found that administrators and teachers had their understanding at the high level in every topic. The administrators’ understanding in ways of thinking and personnel in educational supervision was higher significantly than the teachers’ at the level .01. The administrators’ understanding in ways of practice and methods in educational supervision was higher significantly than the teachers’ at the level 0.05. There was no significant difference between the understanding of administrators and teachers in evaluation in educational supervision. 3. When comparing administrators’ and teachers’ understanding concerning educational supervision as regard to age, duration of government service, educational background and school size, it was found that there was no significant difference. However, the male administrators and teachers had higher understanding than female administrators and teachers in ways of thinking, personnel, and ways of practice and methods in educational supervision, but there was no difference in evaluation in educational supervision. |
