| Abstract: | ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศการจราจร เพื่อใช้ในการจัดการจราจรของสถานีตำรวจนครบาล ให้สามารถจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการจราจร ในการวางแผนจัดกำลังคนตามทางแยกหรือจุดควบคุมจราจร เพื่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ การควบคุมการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับใบสั่ง การจัดกุมผู้กระทำผิดในรูปแบบต่างๆ และการควบคุมผลการปฏิบัติงานของตำรวจจราจร ระบบสารสนเทศนี้ได้พัฒนาให้ใช้งานบนเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อจัดเก็บข้อมูลตำรวจจราจร ข้อมูลสถานที่ตำแหน่งประจำจุดควบคุมจราจร และข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับระบบใบสั่ง โดยมีการประมวลผลและออกรายงานหรือสถิติต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามความต้องการของผู้ปฏิบัติงานและผู้บริหารของฝ่ายจราจร นอกจากนี้ได้มีการนำเอาข้อมูลที่ถูกจัดเก็บไว้ดังกล่าว มานำเสนอในรูปแบบกราฟิกทางด้านภูมิศาสตร์ สำหรับให้ผู้บริหารของฝ่ายจราจรใช้ประโยชน์ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการจราจรในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ ซึ่งจะช่วยทำให้การวางแผนจัดกำลังคนในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามทางแยก หรือจุดควบคุมจราจรเป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสม และสามารถที่จะพิจารณากำหนดแนวทางการป้องกัน หรือแก้ไขปัญหาการกระทำผิดกฎจราจรให้ลดน้อยลง อันจะส่งผลให้การจราจรมีความสะดวกและปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนน สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้เลือกโปรแกรมวิชวลเบสิก รุ่น 6.0 เป็นโปรแกรมภาษาสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ โปรแกรมคริสตอล รีพอร์ต รุ่น 7.0 เป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับแสดงผลลัพธ์ทางรายงาน โปรแกรมไมโครซอฟท์แอ๊คเซส รุ่น 7.0 เป็นโปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล และโปรแกรมอาร์ควิว รุ่น 3.2 สำหรับแสดงผลในรูปแบบกราฟิกทางด้านภูมิศาสตร์ เนื่องจากโปรแกรมทั้งหมดเป็นโปรแกรม ที่สามารถหาคู่มือประกอบการใช้งานได้ง่าย และใช้ทรัพยากรของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ในการจัดการหรือใช้งานโปรแกรมน้อย |
| Other Abstract: | Focused on the design and development of a traffic information system for traffic management of metropolitan police stations. The system must be able to compile information relating to traffic conditions, placement of personnel at strategic traffic locations, processing traffic citations and offenders, and assessing performance of traffic police personnel. This information systme was developed of operate on a microcomputer platform to collect information relating to traffic police personnel, location of traffic control boxes and traffic citations, and is able to provide reports or statistical data as required by traffic personnel or management. Additionally, the collected information may also be used to provide geographical graphic report for traffic managers to analyze the traffic condition in their respective jurisdiction. This would enhance the managing of traffic intersections to ensoure a more efficient flow of traffic and maximize the safety of commuters. The software used in development of this system, the researcher has chosen Visual Basic version 6.0 for information system development, Crystal Report version 7.0 for report generation, Microsoft Access version 7.0 for database management and ArcView GIS version 3.2 for geographical graphic report generation. These software were chosen due to their availability in the market, ease of use and their low requirement of computer resources. |
