| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาล ด้านการพัฒนาเด็ก ด้านกิจกรรมการให้ความรู้ผู้ปกครอง ด้านการช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุน และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก 42 คน ผู้ดูแลเด็ก 42 คน และผู้ปกครอง 225 คน จากศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาล 42 ศูนย์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยแจกแจงความถี่และคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารและผู้ดูแลเด็กส่วนใหญ่มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับการปฏิบัติบ้างไม่ปฏิบัติห้างใน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาเด็ก ด้านกิจกรรมการให้ความรู้ผู้ปกครอง และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ส่วนด้านการช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับการปฏิบัติเป็นประจำ ได้แก่ การรับบริจาคสิ่งของวัสดุเหลือใช้และเงินทุนการให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อม ตกแต่งอาคารสถานที่ เข้าร่วมและช่วยเหลือกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของศูนย์ฯ การเป็นผู้ช่วยผู้ดูแลเด็กในชั้นเรียน และการจัดหาสื่อประกอบการเรียนรู้ สำหรับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่มีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ ด้านกิจกรรมการให้ความรู้ผู้ปกครอง และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร นอกนั้นมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางในด้านการพัฒนาเด็ก และระดับมากที่สุดในด้านการช่วยเหลือ และสนับสทุน ได้แก่ การร่วมบริจาควัสดุสิ่งของเหลือใช้และเงินทุน การช่วยเหลือผู้ดูแลเด็กและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ การจัดหาสื่อประกอบการเรียนรู้ การร่วมเป็นกรรมการและประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมของศูนย์ฯ การร่วมเป็น กรรมการประสานงานการทำงานระหว่างบ้านกับศูนย์ฯ การให้ขอเสนอแนะในการกำหนดอัตราค่าใช้จ่ายการใช้บริการของศูนย์ฯ การร่วมพัฒนาสภาพ แวดล้อม ตกแต่งอาคารสถานที่ และจัดงานพิเศษเพื่อหารายได้บำรุงศูนย์ฯ ผู้บริหารและผู้ดูแลเด็กส่วนใหญ่พบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในด้านการพัฒนาเด็ก ด้านกิจกรรมการให้ความรู้ผู้ปกครอง และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร คือ ผู้ปกครองไม่มีเวลาและไม่ให้ความสำกัญในการพัฒนาเด็ก ส่วนปัญหาด้านการช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุน คือ ผู้ปกครองฐานะยากจน สำหรับปัญหาของผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่ที่พบในด้านการพัฒนาเด็ก คือ การขาดสื่ออุปกรณ์ และการที่ผู้บริหารไม่ให้ความสำคัญในการพัฒนาเด็ก ด้านกิจกรรมการให้ความรู้ผู้ปกครอง คือ ผู้ปกครองไม่มีเวลาในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และด้านการช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุน คือ การขาดงบประมาณ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the state and problems of parent participation in operating child development centers under the municipal authority in the terms of the child development, the parent education, the support, and the communication with child development centers. Samples were 42 administrators, 42 caregivers and 225 parents from 42 centers under the municipal authority. The research methodologies were questionnaires and interview forms. Data were analyzed by frequency and percentage. The findings were as follows: There are two group levels of the administrators and caregivers participation ; in the terms of child development, of parent education, and of communication were at inconsistent level, but the level of the support was a routine practice : being donated materials and funds, improving the centers’ surrounding, decorating the centers, participating and assisting class activities and caregivers, and preparing learning materials. Besides, the parent participation was at the high level in the terms of parent education and of communication. The child development was at the moderate level and the support was at the highest level : donating materials and funds, assisting class activities and caregivers, preparing learning materials, participating committee member meeting, cooperating between home and the centers, giving suggestion on setting the service fees, improving the centers’ surrounding, decorating the centers, and arranging activities to raise funds for the centers. The parents’ problems, in the view of administrators and caregivers, were a lack of time and an overlook of their own child development in the terms of child development, parent education, and communication, and also was dealing with economics status to support of the centers. Also, its parents’ problems found in the research mostly were a lack of materialร and an overlook of child development of the administrators, a lack of time in parent education , and a lack of budget in the support of the child centers. |
