| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมและปัญหาการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรพยาบาลศาสตร์แบบบูรณาการโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลในสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลในสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ที่เปิดสอนหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรพยาบาลศาสตร์ (ฉบับปรับปรุง) พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗ ในปีการศึกษา ๒๕๔๔ ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ คือ แบ่งประชากร ออกเป็นวิทยาลัยพยาบาลขนาดเล็ก กลาง ใหญ่ และทำการสุ่มอย่างง่ายมาอย่างละ ๒๕ % ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างมาทั้งหมด ๗ วิทยาลัย วิธีการที่ใช้ในการ ศึกษาคือการสัมภาษณ์และวิเคราะห์เอกสารโดยมีผู้ให้การสัมภาษณ์ทั้งหมด ๔๐ คน แบ่งเป็นรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ ๗ คน หัวหน้างานพัฒนาหลักสูตร ๑ คนและหัวหน้าภาควิชา ๓๒ คน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลในสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก กระทรวงสาธารณสุขส่วนใหญ่มีการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรพยาบาลศาสตร์แบบบูรณาการโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ การกำหนดนโยบาย การจัดทำหลักสูตร และการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ สำหรับด้านที่มีการเตรียมความพร้อมมากที่สุด คือ การนำหลักสูตรไปใช้โดยจะพบว่าวิทยาลัยมีการจัดสรรงบประมาณเพื่อใช้เตรียมความพร้อมมากที่สุดคือการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้โดยจะพบว่าทุกวิทยาลัยมีการจัดสรรงบประมาณเพื่อใช้ในการเตรียมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก วัสดุหลักสูตรและสื่อการเรียน ส่วนด้านที่มีการเตรียมความพร้อมน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรโดยพบว่ามีวิทยาลัยพยาบาลเป็นส่วนน้อยที่ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานเพื่อใช้ในการจัดทำหลักสูตรโดยเฉพาะข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับชุมชน นอกจากนี้ยังพบ่ามีวิทยาลัยพยาบาลเป็นส่วนน้อยที่ทำการเตรียมความพร้อมของชุมชนที่ใช้เป็นฐานในการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา สำหรับปัญหาการเตรียมความพร้อมพบว่าผู้ที่รับผิดชอบในการจัดหลักสูตรส่วนใหญ่ขาดความรู้ ความเข้าใจและทักษะในการจัดหลักสูตรแบบบูรณาการโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานนอกจากนี้ยังไม่เคยเข้ารับการอบรม สัมมนาหรือร่วมกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดหลักสูตรแบบบูรณาการโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานเลย |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the readiness preparation in an organization of integrated curriculum by using community – based for the diploma program in nursing of nursing colleges under Praboromarajachanok Institute, Ministry of Public Health. The population of the study were nursing colleges under Praboromarajachanok Institute, Ministry of Public Health which offered the diploma program in nursing. The samples were selected by stratified random sampling technique among nursing colleges which were composed of 7 nursing colleges. The research instruments used were structured interview sheets and documentary analysis sheet. Data were collected through interviewing and documentation in each nursing colleges by which deputy director for academic affair and heads of departments were interviewed in each nursing colleges. Data were analyzed by using content analysis technique then analyzed into frequency and percentage. Research findings were as follow : Most nursing college under Praboromarajachanok Institute, Ministry of Public Health were well prepared regarding the integrated curriculum by using community – based in 3 areas namely ; policy formulation, curriculum construction and curriculum implementation. The area which every nursing college prepared most was curriculum implementation by which budget was well allocated; curriculum material and instructional medias were well organized. The area which was less prepared was community and related organization preparation by which community data were incompleted especially the community data for community – based learning for students. Problem found was insufficient knowledge among personnel assigned. |
