| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาตนเอง ของครูผู้สอนเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรตามความต้องการของท้องถิ่นในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำนวน 385 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสำรวจความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรตามความต้องการของท้องถิ่น โดยส่งแบบสำรวจ จำนวน 385 ฉบับ ได้รับคืนฉบับที่สมบูรณ์ จำนวน 364 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.55 วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วนำมาหาระดับความต้องการ จำเป็นในการพัฒนาตนเองของครูผู้สอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาตนเองเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรตามความต้องการของท้องถิ่น อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาตนเอง อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในด้านหลักสูตรและการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน การกำหนดความต้องการจำเป็นท้องถิ่น การกำหนดจุดประสงค์หลักสูตรรายวิชา การกำหนดคาบเรียน และการใช้ลื่อการสอน และครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาตนเอง อยู่ใน ระดับน้อย ในด้านการกำหนดเนื้อหาวิชา การกำหนดกิจกรรม การจัดทำแผนการสอน และคู่มือครู และการทดลองใช้และการปรับปรุงเปลี่ยนแปลงหลักสูตร |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the needs assessment in self-development of teachers concerning curriculum development relevant to local needs in the primary schools under the Office of SI SA KET Provincial Primary Education. The samples were composed of 385 primary school teachers. The research tool used was a test. Of the total 385 copies of test sent out, three hundred and sixty-four copies or 94.55 percent were completed and returned. Data were analyzed in terms of percentage, arithematic mean and standard deviation. Then they were rated into levels of needs. Research findings were as follows: Teacher’s needs for self-development concerning curriculum development relevant to local needs were at the moderate level. While considering their needs for self-development in details, data showed that their needs were also at the moderate level concerning curriculum and local basic data study, local needs identification, course objectives deriving, study period regulations, and instructional media utilization, where as their needs were at the low level concerning content specification, activities selection, instructional plans and teacher's handbooks preparation, and curriculum try-out and improvement. |
