| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรนิเทศศิลป์ ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง พุทธศักราช 2533 (ฉบับปรับปรุง 2535) สถาบันเทคโนโลยีราขมงคล วิทยาเขตภาคพายัพ โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินหลักสูตร CIPP.MODEL. ของ Deniel L.Stufflebeam (ค.ศ.1971) และประเมินหลักสูตร เกี่ยวกับแนวคิดการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยระบบ ISO 9000 กลุ่มประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ อาจารย์ผู้สอนในแผนกวิขานิเทศศิลป์ จำนวน 12 คน กลุ่มนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ชั้นปีที่สอง จำนวน 28 คน กลุ่มผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จากหลักสูตรนิเทศศิลป์ จำนวน 73 คน และกลุ่มยู่บังคับบัญชาของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 28 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์อมูลโดย การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านบริบทของหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับวัตถุและเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร อาจารย์ นักศึกษา และผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาประเมินความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านโครงสร้างของหลักสูตร อาจารย์ประเมินความเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลาง ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาประเเมินความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก 2) ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับอาจารย์ผู้สอน นักศึกษาและอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน แหล่งค้นคว้า สถานที่เรียน อาจารย์ประเมินความเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลาง และนักศึกษากับผู้สำเร็จ การศึกษาประเมินความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก 3) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน นักศึกษาและผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาประเมินความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก 4) ด้านผลผลิตจากหลักสูตรหรือผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ในด้านคุณลักษณะทั่วไป คุณลักษณะวิชาชีพและคุณลักษณะนิสัย ผู้บังคับบัญชาของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาประเมินความเหมาะสมระดับมาก และจากการศึกษาแนวความคิดการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาด้วยระบบ ISO 9000 อาจารย์และผู้บังคับบัญชาของ ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามีความเห็นด้วยว่า การประกันคุณภาพด้วยระบบ ISO 9000 มีความเหมาะสมในการนำมา ใช้กับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้เกิดคุณภาพขึ้นโดยเฉพาะกับการผลิตบัณฑิตและเพื่อประกันความมั่นใจให้กับสังคมว่าสถาบันการศึกษาสามารถผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพออกไปรับใช้สังคมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this study was to evaluate the Visual Communication Arts and Design curriculum at the vocational education diploma level, B.E.2533 (Revised Edition B.E.2535) Rajamangala Institute of Technology, Northern Campus. The study followed Daniel Stuflebeam’s Model (1971), and modified the implementation of the ISO 9000 system to ensure the educational quality assurance provided by this curriculum. Sample and sampling group were 12 instructors in the Visual Communication Arts and Design Department, 28 second year students, 73 graduates from this curriculum, and 28 graduates’ immediate supervisors. The research instrument was guestionnaire analyzed by mean of percentage, arithmatic mean and standard deviation. The results were as follow : 1) the curriculum context on the objectives and the course content, the instructors, the students and the graduates evaluated the appropriateness at the high level, for the curriculum structure the instructors evaluated the appropriateness at the moderate level while the graduates evaluated it the high level. 2) the input which consisted of the instructors, students, learning resources , materials, rooms and buildings, the instructors evaluated the appropriateness at the moderate level while the students and the graduates evaluated at the high level. 3) the instructional management, the students and the graduates evaluated the appropriateness at the high level 4) the curriculum products or the graduates on the aspects of characteristics in general quality, professional qualification, and the desposition the graduates’ immediates supervisors evaluated at the high] level. As for the implementation of the ISO 9000 system to ensure the educational quality assurance the instructiors and the supervisors agreed that it was appropriate for implementing the instructional management for improving the educational quality, especially for the graduate production and to ensure the society that the educational institutions could produce the graduates to serve society efficiency. |
