| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้โครงการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถภาพของผู้ดูแลเด็กในศูนย์เด็กปฐมวัยชุมชนแออัด กรุงเทพมหานครผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการฝึกอบรมผู้ดูแลเด็กมีสมรรถภาพทางด้านการปฏิบัติการสอน โดยนำ ความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการอบรมทุกเนื้อหาไปใช้ในการสอน หัวหน้าศูนย์พอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ดูแลเด็ก หลังการอบรมมากกว่าก่อนการอบรม และมีสมรรถภาพทางด้านการเป็นแบบอย่าง เพราะมีผู้ดูแลเด็กที่ ไม่ได้เข้ารับการอบรมได้เปลี่ยนแปลงการจัดการเรียนการสอน โดยเอาแบบอย่างการสอนจากผู้ดูแลเด็ก ที่เข้ารับการอบรมทุกเนื้อหาวิชา |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this research was to study the outcome of the usage of training project for developing efficiency of caregivers in slum day care centres, Bangkok Metropolis. The outcome of this research, discovered that caregivers were capable in teaching after training because they had used the knowledge which obtained from training, chief of centre was more satisfied of their job performance after their training than before training. Also, they left efficiency to be model for the less because caregivers who did not undergo training would immitate the teaching procedures of the ones who had trained. |
