| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องของการประเมินพัฒนาการทารกระหว่างมารดากับผู้ประเมินมืออาชีพ ในการประเมินพัฒนาการของทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดที่มีน้ำหนักตัวน้อยมาก และทารกคลอดครบกำหนด วัย 6 เดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 120 คู่ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม กลุ่มที่ 1 มารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำและทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดที่มีน้ำหนักตัวน้อยมาก จำนวน 30 คู่ กลุ่มที่ 2 มารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูงและทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดที่มีน้ำหนักตัวน้อยมาก จำนวน 30 คู่ กลุ่มที่ 3 มารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำ และทารกคลอดครบกำหนด จำนวน 30 คู่ และกลุ่มที่ 4 มารดาที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูง และทารกคลอดครบกำหนด จำนวน 30 คู่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินพัฒนาการ Denver II แบบประเมินพัฒนาการ Infant Mullen Scales of Early Learning แบบสัมภาษณ์มารดาเพื่อการคัดกรองพัฒนาการทารก และแบบสัมภาษณ์มารดาเพื่อการวินิจฉัยพัฒนาการทารก นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้เปอร์เซ็นต์ความสอดคล้อง (Percentage agreement) และสถิติ Kappa (K) ซึ่งการนำค่าสถิติ Kappa มาใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อต้องการปรับแก้ความสอดคล้องที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากความบังเอิญ ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า มารดาสามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นแหล่งข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องแม่นยำทางด้านพัฒนาการทารกวัย 6 เดือน โดยพบว่า การประเมินพัฒนาการทารกเพื่อการคัดกรองมีค่าความสอดคล้องระหว่างมารดากับผู้ประเมินมืออาชีพในระดับสูงถึงสูงมาก (เปอร์เซ็นต์ความสอดคล้อง 89.50-100.00%, K = 0.65-100) และการประเมินพัฒนาการทารกเพื่อการวินิจฉัยมีค่าความสอดคล้องระหว่างมารดากับผู้ประเมินมืออาชีพในระดับปานกลางเกือบสูงถึงสูงมาก (เปอร์เซ็นต์ความสอดคล้อง 89.10-100.00%, K = 0.52-1.00) ในทุกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the agreement between maternal and professional assessments of infant developments for pre-term infants with very-low-birthweight and full-term infants at the 6 months of age. The participants were 120 pairs of mother and her 6-month-old infant, divided into four groups; (1) 30 pairs of mother with low level of education and pre-term infant with very-low-birthweight (VLBW), (2) 30 pairs of mother with high level of education and VLBW infant, (3) 30 pairs of mother with low level of education and full-term infant, and (4) 30 pairs of mother with high level of education and full-term infant. The research instruments were the Denver II, the Infant Mullen Scales of Early Learning, the interview form for developmental screening, and the interview form for developmental diagnosis. The data were analyzed by percentage agreement and Kappa (K) statistics. The kappa statistics were utilized for a correction of chance agreement. Result of this study suggests that mother is a valid source of information for her infant development at 6 months of age. The study finds strong agreements between maternal and professional assessments for infant developmental screening assessments (percentage agreements = 89.50-100.00%, K = 0.65-1.00) and moderately strong to strong agreements for diagnostic assessments (percentage agreements = 88.10-100.00%, K = 0.52-1.00) in every research group. |
