| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพของครูสังคมศึกษาในระดับมัธยมศึกษา ในโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ทั่วประเทศ โดยแบ่งเป็นทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูโดยทั่ว ๆ ไป ทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูด้านคุณสมบัติของครูสังคมศึกษา ความสามารถทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพและบทบาท หน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม และเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพของครูสังคมศึกษาในส่วนกลางกับส่วนภูมิภาค ครูสังคมศึกษาชายกับครูสังคมศึกษาหญิง ครูสังคมศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน และครูสังคมศึกษาที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยสร้างแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพของครูสังคมศึกษาจำนวน 1 ชุด ประกอบด้วยคำถามแบบตรวจคำตอบและแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า แล้วนำไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร ซึ่งประกอบด้วยครูสังคมศึกษาในระดับมัธยมศึกษาจำนวน 611 คน ที่สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น จากโรงเรียนรัฐบาลและโรงเรียนราษฎร์ทั่วประเทศ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการทางสถิติโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย 1. ครูสังคมศึกษามีทัศนคติเห็นด้วยในระดับมากที่สุดว่า ครูสังคมศึกษาควรมีความสามารถทั้งวิชาการและวิชาชีพ และต้องมีคุณสมบัติของครูสังคมศึกษา คือมีความเชื่อมั่นในตนเอง มีความอยากรู้อยากเห็น เคารพเหตุผล และรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น สามารถใช้คำพูดสื่อความหมายได้ชัดเชนถูกต้อง และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ส่วนทัศนคติของครูสังคมศึกษาที่เห็นด้วยในระดับมาก คือ ครูสังคมศึกษาเห็นว่า อาชีพครูได้รับความนิยมยกย่องเป็นอย่างมาก ครูสังคมศึกษาควรศึกษาหาความรู้เพิ่มเติมอยู่เสมอ และครูสังคมศึกษาควรมีบทบาทหน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม แต่ทัศนคติของครูสังคมศึกษาที่เห็นด้วยในระดับปานกลางคือ ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม 2. การเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพระหว่างครูสังคมศึกษาในด้านต่าง ๆ ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 2.1 ครูสังคมศึกษาในส่วนกลางกับส่วนภูมิภาค มีทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูโดยส่วนรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งไม่เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 2.2 ครูสังคมศึกษาชายกับครูสังคมศึกษาหญิง มีทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู โดยส่วนรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งตรงตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 2.3 ครูสังคมศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป กับครูสังคมศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่ำกว่า 5 ปี มีทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครู โดยส่วนรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งไม่เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ 2.4 ครูสังคมศึกษาที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมโดยเฉพาะ กับครูสังคมศึกษาที่ไม่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมโดยเฉพาะ โดยส่วนรวมมีทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพครูไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งไม่เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were twofold : (1) to study attitudes towards teaching profession of the secondary school social studies teachers at the secondary education level in the government and private schools throughout the country, and (2) to compare attitudes towards teaching profession of social studies teachers according to the variables of sex, region, teaching experiences, and training. Procedures: A questionnaire on attitudes towards teaching profession consisting of checklist and rating scale items was constructed by the researcher. This questionnaire was sent to a sample of 611 social studies teachers stratified randomly selected from both government and private secondary schools throughout the country. Data were analyzed by means of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test. Results: 1. Social studies teachers most highly agreed that they have the academic and professional competency, and the quality of social studies teachers such as self-confidence, curiosity, respects other people’s ideas, ability of verbal communication and human relationship. They also highly agreed that teaching profession is greatly respected and that social studies teachers should always seek more knowledge. Moreover social studies teachers should play an important role, have duty and be responsible for society. However, social studies teachers agreed moderately in terms of economic situation and social status of teachers. 2. Comparison of the attitudes towards teaching profession among social studies teachers in various aspects yielded the results as follows: 2.1 Attitudes towards teaching profession of social studies teachers in the central region and those in the provinces were significantly different at the 0.05 level which rejected the hypothesis. 2.2 Attitudes towards teaching profession of male social studies teachers and female social studies teachers were not significantly different at the 0.05 level which accepted the hypothesis. 2.3 Attitudes towards teaching profession of social studies teachers with more than 5 years of teaching experience and those with less than 5 years of teaching experience were not significantly different at the 0.05 level, which rejected the hypothesis. 2.4 Attitudes towards teaching profession of social studies teachers with pre-service traing in social studies teaching and those without pre-service training in social studies teaching were not significantly different at the 0.05 level, which rejected the hypothesis. | - |
