| Abstract: | การ์วิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบควบคุมคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์แมคคอร์มิค มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ ประชากรในการศึกษา คอบุคคลที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นผู้สอน และ/หรือผู้บริหาร ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์แมคคอร์มิค มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ จำนวน 34 คน ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มผู้บริหารระดับคณบดี ผู้ช่วยคณบดีและหัวหน้าภาควิชาของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์แมคคอร์มิค มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ จำนวน 7 คน และกลุ่มอาจารย์ประจำ ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์แมคคอร์มิค มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ จำนวน 27 คน โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผ่านความเหินชอบของผู้เชี่ยวชาญแล้ว นำมาแจกแจงความถี่และหาค่าร้อยละ จากนั้นนำมาพัฒนาระบบควบคุมคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนร่วมกับคณะอนุกรรมการการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพทางวิชาการระดับภาควิชา โดยการสร้างดัชนีบ่งนี้ เกณฑ์การประเมิน และคู่มือคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน มาเป็นแนวทางและระเบียบในการปฎิบัติงานด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่จะทำให้การจัดการเรียนการลอนมีคุณภาพ จากนั้นนำมาทำประชาพิจารณ์โดยประชากรทั้งหมดวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แล้วนำเสนอต่อคณะกรรมการประกันคุณภาพระดับคณะนำผลที่ได้จากการประชุมฯมาปรับปรุงระบบควบคุมคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบควบคุมคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์แมคคอร์มิค มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ โดยการใช้ดัชนีบ่งชี้ เกณฑ์การประเมิน และคู่มือคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน มาเป็นแนวทางและระเบียบในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการจัดการเรียนการลอนที่จะทำให้การจัดการเรียนการลอนมิคุณภาพ ได้ดัชนีทั้งสิน 15 ดัชนี ได้เกณฑ์การประเมินทั้งสิน 65 เกณฑ์การประเมิน และคู่มือคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน 1 เล่ม ที่ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 5 บท โดย บทที่ 1 ประกอบด้วยหลักสูตรคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์แมคคอร์มิค หัวข้อเรื่องย่อย และรายละเอียดของเนื้อหาเป็นไปตามหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์แมคคอร์มิค มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2541 ประกอบด้วย 1)ชื่อหลักสูตรและชื่อปริญญา 2)หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ 3)หลักการและ เหตุผล 4)นโยบาย 5)ปณีธาน 6)วิลัยทัศน์ 7)ปรัชณาและวัตถุประสงค์ 8)กรอบแนวคิดหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาลตรบัณฑิต 9)หลักสูตร บทที่ 2 การจัดการเรียนการสอนของแต่ละภาควิชา หัวข้อเรื่องย่อยแบ่งตามภาควิชา และรายละเอียดของเนื้อหาเป็นชื่อรายวิชาที่ภาควิชารับผิดชอบ บทที่ 3 ระเบียบปฏิบัติลำหรับการจัดการเรียนการลอน หัวข้อเรื่องย่อยและรายละเอียดของเนื้อหา มีดังต่อไปนี้ 1)วัตถุประสงค์ 2)ฃอบเขต 3)ความรับผิดชอบ 4)คำจำกัดความ 5) ระเบียบ ปฏิบัติ บทที่ 4 แนวปฏิบัติในการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาคทฤษฏี มีรายละเอียดของเนื้อหาดังต่อไปนี้ 1)ด้านการเตรียมสอน ประกอบด้วย การจัดทำเค้าโครงรายวิชา การสรรหาอาจารย์ผู้สอน การจัดทำตารางวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรรายวิชา และการจัดทำแผนการสอน 2) ด้านการดำเนินการสอน 3) ด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน ประกอบด้วยการออกข้อสอบ การวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบ การวัดผลการเรียน และการประเมินผลการลอน บทที่ 5 แนวปฏิบัติในการจัด การเรียนการสอนภาคปฏิบัติ มีรายละเอียดของเนื้อหา ดังต่อไปนี้ 1) ด้านการเตรียมสอน 2) ด้านการดำเนินการสอนและ 3) ด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to develop the instruction quality control system of McCormick Faculty of Nursing, Payap University. The total population in this study were nursing instructors and/or administrators consisted of Faculty Dean, Assistant Faculty Dean and Head of Department in McCormick Faculty of Nursing, Payap University. The data was collected by questionnaires and calculated for frequency and percentage. Furthermore, those information were used in developing the instruction quality control system by the Instruction Quality Assurance Sub-Committee. And the instruction quality control system constructed for indicators, standard, and quality manual as the guidelines and procedures for instruction managing operation, in order to create the quality in instruction management. After that, public hearing was held in the population, the information was analyzed by the contents for improving the quality control system. The result revealed that the instruction quality control system in McCormick Faculty of Nursing, Payap University developed by using the criteria, standard and quality manual as the guidelines and procedures for instruction, there were 15 indicators, 65 criteria and 1 quality manual that contained 5 chapters. Chapter 1 is the curriculum of McCormick Faculty of Nursing, sub-titles and the detail contents according to the 2541 Revised Nursing Curriculum of McCormick Faculty of Nursing, Payap University, consists of 1) Curriculum Title and Degree Title, 2) Responsible section, 3) Principle and Rationale, 4) Policy, 5) Will, 6) Vision, 7) Philosophy and objectives, 8) Framework of Nursing Curriculum and 9) Curriculum. Chapter 2 contains instruction management for each department, Sub-title for each department and the details of subject titles for responsible department. Chapter 3 is about the procedures for instruction management including sub-titles and details as followings: 1) Objective, 2) Content coverage, 3) Responsibility, 4) Definition and 5) Procedure. Chapter 4 is about the theoretical instruction managing operation that consists of the followings: 1) Preparation process for the course outline, instructor recruiting, curriculum analyzing table and instruction plan, 2) Instruction process, 3)Evaluation process including construction of examination paper, analysis of examination paper , study evaluation and instruction evaluation. Chapter 5 is about the practical instruction managing operation that consists of 1) Instruction preparing, 2) Instruction conducting and 3) Instruction evaluating. |
