dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพี่อสร้างระบบต้นทุนการผลิต และลดต้นทุนการผลิตในโรงงานผลิตกระดาษพิมพ์เขียว โดยการประยุกต์ใช้หลักการทางด้านวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการมาเป็นตัวศึกษา กำหนดทิศทางในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและทำการปรับปรุงแก้ไข จากการเข้าไปศึกษาสภาพปัญหาในโรงงานตัวอย่าง พบว่าทางโรงงานยังไม่มีการจัดทำระบบการคิดต้นทุนการผลิตที่ถูกต้อง ซึ่งระบบเดิมนั้นจะใช้วิธีการประมาณการณ์ค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ เกือบทั้งสิ้น ทำให้ไม่ทราบต้นทุนการผลิตที่แท้จริง จึงได้สร้างระบบการคิดต้นทุนด้วยระบบต้นทุนกระบวนการ (Process Costing) มาใช้ในการคำนวณ เพี่อให้ไต้ต้นทุนการผลิตที่ถูกต้องและใกล้เคียงกับความเป็นจริงมากที่สุด อีกทั้งทางโรงงานตัวอย่างยังไม่เห็นความสำคัญของความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิตเป็นจำนวนมาก ซึ่งจะส่งผลทำให้ต้นทุนการผลิตสูงขึ้น จึงได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต โดยหาสาเหตุของปัญหา และเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงปัญหาความสูญเสียเพี่อลดต้นทุนการผลิต โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้ 1. การประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการคิกษาการทำงาน (Work Study) โดยการกำหนดมาตรฐานวิธีการทำงาน (Work Instruction) รวมทั้งฝึกอบรมพนักงานให้เคยชินกับวิธีการทำงานที่เป็นมาตรฐาน 2. การประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการวางแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเครื่องจักร (Preventive Maintenance) โดยจัดทำคู่มือการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเครื่องจักร และการออกแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร 3. การประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคการควบคุมวัตถุดิบคงคลัง (Inventory Control) โดยการคำนวณหาจุดสั่งซื้อและปริมาณการสั่งซื้อที่เหมาะสม รวมถึงการจัดทำระบบเบิก-ใช้วัตถุดิบ ผลจากการศึกษาและวิจัยพบว่า ความสูญเสียในกระบวนการเคลือบลดลง 37.24 % คิดเป็นมูลค่าความสูญเสียลดลงประมาณ 10,505.24 บาทในระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ส่งผลให้ต้นทุนการผลิตกระดาษพิมพ์เขียวแบบม้วนหลังปรับปรุงเท่ากับ 4.78 บาท/ตร.ม. ลดลงจากเดิม 0.13 บาท/ตร.ม. แบบแผ่นหลังปรับปรุงเท่ากับ 4.89 บาท/ตร.ม. ลดลงจากเดิม 0.16 บาท/ตร.ม. สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น ๆ ต้นทุนการผลิตลดลงดังนี้ กระดาษขาวนอกแบบม้วนลดลง 0.22 บาท/ตร.ม. แบบแผ่นลดลง 0.01 บาท/ตร.ม. กระดาษขาวพิเศษแบบม้วนลดลง 0.07 บาท/ตร.ม. แบบแผ่นลดลง 0.09 บาท/ตร.ม. กระดาษไข 90/95 แบบม้วนลดลง 0.11 บาท/ตร.ม. แบบแผ่นลดลง 0.19 บาท/ตร.ม. และกระดาษไข110/115 แบบม้วนลดลง 0.28 บาท/ตร.ม. แบบแผ่นลดลง 0.54 บาท/ตร.ม. นอกจากนี้ได้ประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้เพี่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการผลิตให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวดเร็ว และถูกต้อง สามารถนำเสนอต้นทุนแก่ผู้บริหารเพี่อใช้ในการ ตัดสินใจด้านการบริหารได้อย่างทันท่วงที	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to construct costing system and to reduce manufacturing cost of the coating paper plant by using theory of industrial engineering in order to conduct the analysis and minimize problems of the system. According to the case study of the coating paper factory, this company have never performed any costing system with appropriate theory to obtain the precise cost. They are generally estimating their costs by using simple methods. Therefore adopting the structure of costing system calculated by process costing method has been used to solve the problem. The other problem is a loss occurred during the production process. In order to reduce the loss, this research has been focused on how to improve the production process and how to generate appropriate system that can decrease costs. There are three methods which can minimize these problems as the following procedures: 1. Applied technique of Work study to help workers working in high efficiency by providing work instruction and training. 2. Applied technique of Preventive Maintenance by providing a preventive maintenance manual and setting up a plan. 3. Applied technique of Inventory Control system by adopting an Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point system in order to control stock of raw material and produced document of production system related to inventory control system. According to the implementation of outline procedures in this research, the loss index in coating department has decreased 37.24% which conducted the company to save 10,505.24 baht within 6 months. Consequently, the cost of the production in the Coating paper roll has been decreased to 4.78 ฿/m2 reduced 0.13 ฿/m2 from the previous cost. The cost of Coating paper sheet has been decreased to 4.89 ฿/m2 reduced 0.16 ฿/m2 from the previous cost. The cost of other products also have been reduced as following: Plotter paper roll has decreased 0.22 ฿/m2, Plotter paper sheet has decreased 0.01 ฿/m2, PPC paper roll has decreased 0.07 ฿/m2, PPC paper sheet has decreased 0.09 ฿/m2, Tracing paper 90/95 roll has decreased 0.11 ฿/m2, Tracing paper 90/95 sheet has decreased 0.19 ฿/m2, Tracing paper 110/115 roll has decreased 0.28 ฿/m2, and Tracing paper 110/115 sheet decreased 0.54 ฿/m2. In addition, computer programming has been applied to support a cost analysis system which can generate an efficient process with timely basis and accurate outcome. As a result, managements can use this information to make a precise decision as well.	-
