| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความสามารถในการวิจัยของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลชุมชน และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การระบุสาเหตุ การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ กับความสามารถในการวิจัยของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 266 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การระบุสาเหตุ การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และความสามารถในการวิจัยที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และหาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ .76 .95 และ .99 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การจรณ์ ค่าไคสแควร์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียรสัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยมีความสามารถในการวิจัยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับตํ่า 2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านการศึกษา และการศึกษาอบรมด้านการวิจัย มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการวิจัยของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ และประสบการณ์การทำงาน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสามารถในการวิจัยของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลชุมชน 3. การระบุสาเหตุ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถในการวิจัยของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความ สามารถในการวิจัยของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the research ability of head nurses, community hospitals, and to investigate the relationships between personal factors, attribution, empowerment and research ability of head nurses, community hospitals. The research subjects were 266 head nurses. The research instruments were the questionnaires for head nurses that consisted of attribution, empowerment, and research ability. The content validity of questionnaires were conducted. The reliability were tested by Cronbach's alpha coefficiency which were .76, .95 and .99, respectively. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, contingency coefficient, chi-square and Pearson's product moment correlation. The major findings were as follows: 1. Research ability of head nurses, community hospitals were at the low level. 2. There were significant relationships between education and training in research with research ability of head nurse, community hospitals, at the .05 level. There were no significant relationships between age and working experience and research ability of head nurses, community hospitals. 3. There was a positive significant relationship between attribution and research ability of head nurses, community hospitals, at the .05 level. 4. There was a positive significant relationship between empowerment and research ability of head nurses, community hospitals, at the .05 level. |
