Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความพึงพอใจด้านการเตรียมการและการดำเนินการของการดำเนินการใช้โปรแกรมการเรรียนการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับเด็กวัยอนุบาลในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักบริหารงานคระกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือผู้บริหารจำนวน 80 คน ครูจำนวน 80 คน ผู้ปกครองจำนวน 800 คนและเด็กวัยอนุบาลจำนวน 110 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสำรวจผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.สภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินการใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับเด็กวัยอนุบาล 1.1การเตรรียมการโดยบริหาร 1)การประชาสัมพันธ์โปรแกรมโดยการแจกเอกสารแผ่นพับ 2)การเตรียมบุคลากรสอนคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนใหญ่คัดเลือกจากครูที่มีความรู้เรื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แต่ไม่ได้จบการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์โดยตรง 3)การจัดเตรียมงบประมาณส่วนใหญ่เน้นด้านการเตรียมสื่อการเรียนการสอน 4)การจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์มอบหมายให้เป็นหน้าที่ครู 5)ไม่มีการวางแผนประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกในการดำเนินการใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์ ปัญหาที่พบคือการจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีความเหมาะสมขาดงบประมาณในการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องและปรับปรุงระบบในด้านการเลือกเนื้อหา 2)ครูใช้แผนการเรียนการสอนของบริษัทและแผนที่เขียนเอง 3)การจัดการเรียนการสอนในช่วงเช้าใช้เวลาคาบละ 30 นาที-1 ชั่วโมง 4)ครูใช้วิธีการสาธิตในการสอน 5)บทบาทครูก่อนสอนมีการตรวจเช็คสื่อสารการเรียนการสอนทุกครั้งครูมีความเอาใจใส่เด็กและคอยให้ความช่วยเหลือเมื่อประสบปัญหา 6)พฤติกรรมของเด็กมีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนสามารถเปิด-ปิดเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ได้และมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมกับเพื่อนและครู 7)การใช้สื่ออุปกรณ์และโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์มีความเหมาะสมกับเด็กวัยอนุบาล 8)ครูใช้แบบสังเกตและแบบทดสอบในการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์ ปัญหาที่พบคือความไม่เหมาะสมของแผนการเรียนการสอนที่มีต่อเวลาและวัยของเด็กสื่อการเรียนการสอนไม่เพียงพอ 2.ความพึงพอใจในการดำเนินการใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับเด็กวัยอนุบาล ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้ปกครองและเด็กวัยอนุบาลมีความพึงพอใจปานกลางถึงมากในการดำเนินการใช้โปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับเด็กวัยอนุบาลในด้านการออกแบบหลักสูตรสาระที่เรียนรู้การจัดตารางสอนการจัดทำแผนการเรียนการสอนและการจัดการเรียนการสอน
Other Abstract:	The purpose of this research was to study the state, problems, and satisfaction on preparation and implementation of computer instructional program for young children in schools under the jurisdiction of the office of private education commission. The sample of this research were 80 administrators, 80 teachers, 800 parents, and 110 young children. The research tools were questionnaire, interview, and survey forms. The research results were as follows: 1. State and problems of operating of computer instructional program for kindergarten children 1.1 Concerning preparation by administrators on : 1) Program promotion through tlyers 2) Preparing personnel for instruction through selection teachers with computer literacy rather than graduates in computer instruction 3) Most budget administration planned for instruction materials 4) Preparing documents for computer instructional program through assigning teacher’s role 5) No plan for co-ordinating with inter agencies. Problems found were as follows: Selection of qualified personnel, lack of budget for hardware maintenance and system improvement. 1.2 Concerning implementation by administrators and teachers on : 1) Partially involvement of administration in curriculum design on content selection 2) Teacher’s use of both company’s and self written instructional plans 3) Each morning period of 30 minute-1 hour on instruction 4) Teacher’s use of demonstration in teaching 5) Regular teacher’s roles before instruction on media inspection providing attention and assisting children with problems 6) Children’s behaviors on active learning, capability of turning on and off computer and relating socially with peers and teachers 7) Appropriate application of computer hardware and software for young children 8) Application of observation forms and tests for evaluation and assessing of computer instruction Problems found were as follows : Developmentally inappropriate plans of instruction for young children, and insufficient supply of instructional materials. 2. Satisfaction in operating of computer instructional program for kindergarten children. Concerning satisfaction levels of administrators, teachers, parents, and young children in operating of computer instructional program were medium to high on curriculum design, learning contents, scheduling, organizing instructional plans and management.
