| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปฏิกิริยาร่วมระหว่างสถานการณ์ของการ ปรากฏตัวของบุคคลที่สามในการสัมภาษณ์และการใช้คำถามทางบวกและลบ ที่มีต่อคำตอบจากการสัมภาษณ์ ครู 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคำตอบที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ครูระหว่างกลุ่มที่มีเพื่อนครูปรากฏตัวขณะสัมภาษณ์ หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาปรากฏตัวขณะสัมภาษณ์ และไม่มีบุคคลที่สามปรากฏตัวขณะสัมภาษณ์ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคำตอบที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์ครู ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ถามด้วยคำถามทางบวกและกลุ่มที่ถามด้วยคำถามทางลบ ศึกษาโดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงทดลองกับประชากรครูผู้สอน จำนวน 1,125 คน ปีการศึกษา 2534 ในโรงเรียน ระดับมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ซึ่งโรงเรียนตั้งอยู่ใน รัศมี 50 กิโลเมตร จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 10 โรงเรียน สุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรโดยวิธี สุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Sampling) จำนวน 48 คน และสุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลอง (Random Assignment) จำนวน6 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ ที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 2 ชุด ชุดที่ 1 ประกอบ ด้วยคำถามทางลบและชุดที่ 2 ประกอบด้วยคำถามทางบวก ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบสองทาง (Two way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ไม่มีปฏิกิริยาร่วมระหว่างสถานการณ์ของการปรากฏตัวของบุคคลที่สามในการสัมภาษณ์ และการใช้คำถามทางบวกและลบ ต่อคำตอบจากการสัมภาษณ์ครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 2. สถานการณ์ในการสัมภาษณ์ระหว่างกลุ่มที่มีเพื่อนครูปรากฏตัวขณะสัมภาษณ์หัวหน้าหมวด วิชาปรากฏตัวขณะสัมภาษณ์ และไม่มีบุคคลที่สามปรากฏตัวขณะสัมภาษณ์ ไม่มีผลทำให้คำตอบที่ได้รับ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3. การสัมภาษณ์ด้วยคำถามทางบวก ไม่มีผลทำให้ผู้ตอบตอบเห็นด้วยมากกว่า เมื่อถามด้วย คำถามทางลบ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) To study the interaction of the third person presence on teacher's interview responses to positive and negative questions. 2) To compare teacher's interview responses to different situations namely, presence of teacher's colleague, teacher's supervisor and no third person. 3) To compare teacher's interview responses to positive and negative questions. Experimental design was applied for the study. The population was composed of 1,125 teachers from 10 secondary schools in Bangkok under the Secondary School Department, Ministry of Education. These schools are situated with the 50 kilometers radius of Chulalongkorn University. 48 teachers were randomly assigned equally to six experimental groups. Two sets of interviewing form, positive and negative questions were applied to access teacher's opinion on school measurement and evaluation procedure. Data was then analysed by two-way analysis of variances. Results of the experiment showed that: 1. There was no significant differences of interaction effects between the third person presence and the positive and the negative questions on the teacher's interview responses, at the .05 level. 2. There were no significant differences on teacher's interview responses upon the presence of teacher's colleague, teacher's supervisor and no third person, at the .05 level. 3. The was no significant differences between positive and negative questions on teacher's interview response at .05 level. | - |
