| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแบบผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดของ Rensis Likert บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดของ Andrew A. Halpin และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแบบผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 6 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ลักษณะองค์การ (POC) ของ Rensis Likert และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์บรรยากาศองค์การ (OCDQ) ของ Andrew W. Halpin กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 6 ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในปีการศึกษา 2528 จำนวน 1,005 คน จาก 108 โรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าคะแนนที และค่าไค-สแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แบบผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนทุกขนาดไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนทุกขนาดไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. โรงเรียนที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีแบบผู้นำแตกต่างกัน จะมีบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกัน 4. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีแบบผู้นำระบบ 1 (ใช้อำนาจเด็ดขาดแบบเผด็จการ) ระบบ 2 (ใช้อำนาจประกอบกับเมตตาธรรม) จะมีความสัมพันธ์กับบรรยากาศองค์การแบบ 4 (แบบสนิทสนม) แบบ 5 (แบบรวบอำนาจ) แบบ 6 (แบบปิด) 5. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีแบบผู้นำระบบ 3 (ใช้การปรึกษาหารือ) ระบบ 4 (ใช้การมีส่วนร่วมของกลุ่ม) จะมีความสัมพันธ์กับ บรรยากาศองค์การแบบ 1 (แบบเปิด) แบบ 2 (แบบอิสระ) แบบ 3 (แบบควบคุม) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were to investigate administrators 'leadership styles according to the concept of Rensis Likert, school organizational climate according to the concept of Andrew W. Halpin and the relationship between administrators' leadership styles and organizational climate in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education in Educational Region Six. The instruments used in this study were Profile of Organizational Characteristics (POC) constructed by Rensis Likert and Organizational Climate Description Questionnaire (OCDQ) by Andrew W. Halpin. The samples used in this study were 1005 assistant administrators and head of subject department who were working during academic year 1985 in 108 secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education in Educational Region Six. Statistics applied for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, T-Scores and Chi-Square. The study revealed that: 1) No difference was found among leadership styles of school administrators categorized by school size. 2) The organizational climate in every school size was not different. 3) Schools administered under different administrators 'leadership styles had different organizational climate. 4) Administrators with System 1 (Exploitive authoritative) and System 2 (Benevolent authoritative) leadership styles tended to create organizational climate specified as Type 4 (The Familiar Climate), Type 5 (The Paternal Climate) and Type 6 (The closed climate). 5) Administrators with System 4 (Consultative) and System 4 (Participative group) leadership styles tended to create organizational climate specified as Type 1 (The Open Climate), Type 2 (The Autonomous climate) and Type 3 (The Controlled Climate). |
