| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์ภูมิหลังของผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในด้านสถานภาพทั่วไป ประวัติการศึกษา ประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ และวิเคราะห์กระสวนทางอาชีพของผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 496 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ฐานนิยม ตัวกลางเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์การกระจายของแต่ละข้อกระทง โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม SPSS-X และทดสอบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติโดยใช้ค่าซี (Z-test) ส่วนข้อมูลจากคำถามที่เปิดโอกาสให้ตอบอย่างเสรี ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อเรื่องและพิจารณาฐานนิยม ผลการวิจัยโดยสรุปมีดังนี้ 1. ภูมิหลังในด้านต่างๆ ของผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการ 1.1 ส่วนมากเป็นชาย สมรสแล้ว มีอายุประมาณ 35-44 ปี มีเงินเดือนประมาณ 4,945-6,935 บาท ภูมิลำเนาเดิมเป็นคนต่างจังหวัดในเขตภาคกลาง มาจากครอบครัวเกษตรกรและเคยคาดหวังที่จะประกอบอาชีพเป็นครู 1.2 ส่วนมากจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีผลการเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.51-2.99) และมีจำนวนน้อยมากที่เคยผ่านการฝึกอบรมทางด้านการบริหารการศึกษา หรือการฝึกอบรมทางด้านการบริหาร ตามหลักสูตรอื่นๆก่อนที่จะดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการ 1.3 โดยเฉลี่ยเริ่มต้นทำงานเมื่ออายุ 22 ปี ส่วนมากมีอายุราชการก่อนได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการอยู่ในช่วง 6-10 ปี มีประสบการณ์การสอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาก่อนที่จะดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการอยู่ในช่วง 6-10 ปี เป็นผู้ที่ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการโดยได้รับคำสั่งแต่งตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการจากกรมสามัญศึกษา และมีจำนวนน้อยมากที่เคยมีผลงานทางวิชาการหรือผลงานอื่นๆ หรือเคยได้รับรางวัลที่ถือเป็นเกียรติประวัติ 2. กระสวนทางอาชีพ ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการเกือบทั้งหมดเริ่มรับราชการในตำแหน่งครู-อาจารย์ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา และมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตำแหน่งหน้าที่ในทางราชการมาเป็นลำดับ โดยมีลักษณะเฉพาะหรือแบบกระสวนทางอาชีพแบบใหญ่ๆ 4 แบบ คือ 2.1 แบบที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งครูผู้สอน, หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา 2.2 แบบที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งครูผู้สอน 2.3 แบบที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งครูผู้สอน, เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทะเบียนและวัดผล 2.4 แบบที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่งครูผู้สอน, หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา, ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายอื่น 3. ความคิดเห็นของผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาบุคลเพื่อการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน/อาจารย์ใหญ่ ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการส่วนมากเห็นควรให้มีการพัฒนาบุคคลเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมที่จะเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการและต้องการที่จะพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน/อาจารย์ใหญ่ โดยส่วนมากเห็นว่าควรพัฒนาด้วยวิธีการฝึกอบรมและเห็นด้วยกับหัวข้อเรื่องทั้ง 32 เรื่องที่ผู้วิจัยเสนอไว้สำหรับการฝึกอบรม สำหรับการฝึกอบรมบุคคลเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมที่จะเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการนั้นควรเน้นหนักใน 6 เรื่องต่อไปนี้คือ การบริหารงานวิชาการ, การพัฒนาตนเองและผู้ร่วมงาน, กฎหมาย ระเบียบ คำสั่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารการศึกษา, บทบาท ภาระหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา, นโยบายการจัดการมัธยมศึกษาและเป้าหมายของการจัดการมัธยมศึกษา และการสร้างทีมปฏิบัติงาน ส่วนความต้องการที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมนั้น ต้องการรับการฝึกอบรมระดับมากที่สุดใน 5 เรื่องด้วยกันคือ บทบาท ภาระหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา, กฎหมาย ระเบียบ คำสั่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารการศึกษา, การบริหารงานโรงเรียนในด้านการบริหารบุคคล, หลักการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน และภาวะผู้นำกับการบริหาร |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the backgrounds of assistant administrators for academic affairs in secondary schools with regard to general background, educational background, professional background and analyze work experiences and specify typical characteristics or “the career patterns” of assistant administrators for academic affairs before being appointed to assistant administrators for academic affairs positions. The sample consisted of 496 subjects. The questionnaires constructed by the researcher was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed by the computer program SPSS-X and presented in terms of frequency, percentage, mode, mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation for each item and test significance of deference by using Z-test. Content Analysis and mode were employed to analyze the opened-end data. The major research findings are as follows: 1. Backgrounds of assistant administrators for academic affairs in secondary schools. 1.1 The majority of them were male, married, between the ages of 35-44. They had monthly salary between 4,945-6,935 bath. Their hometown is in the central part of Thailand. The majority of them are an agricultural family and had expected to become a teacher. 1.2 The majority of them had Bachelor’s Degree. They have got some grades in average (approximately 2.15-2.99). Fews of them had training in the education administration or the other course in administration before being appointed to the assistant administrators for academic affairs. 1.3 On the average, the assistant administrators for academic affairs started to work when they were 22 years old. The majority of them had 6-10 years of public service, 6-10 years of teaching experience in secondary schools and being appointed to the assistant administrators for academic affairs by Department of General Education. Fews of them had been well-known in academic or got some rewards or others. 2. Career Patterns Almost all assistant administrators for academic affairs generally began their careers as secondary school teachers and were promoted to various academic and administrative positions before becoming the assistant administrators for academic affairs. Their career patterns are follows: 2.1 Teacher, Department Head; 2.2 Teacher; 2.3 Teacher, Evaluator Teacher; 2.4 Teacher, Department Head, Assistant Administrators for another. 3. The opinions of assistant administrators for academic affairs concerning pre-promotion developing to position of assistant administrators for academic affairs and position of Administrators are as follows: Majority of the respondents viewed that the personnel development is necessary for position of assistant administrators for academic affairs and wanted to develop themselves into administrators positions. Majority of the respondents viewed that the personnel development should be a training and agreed with 32 topics that presenting by the researcher. For topics using in pre-promotion training to position of assistant administrators for academic affairs, the respondents viewed that they should be academic administration, self-development and staff development, legal aspects of educational administration, roles and functions of school administrators, policy and target of secondary school administration and team-building. The topics for pre-promotion training to position of administrators needed most are role and functions of administrators, legal aspects of educational administration, school personnel administration, principles of academic administration, leadership and administration. |
