| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุระสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาของการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังผู้บริหารและครูอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ จำนวน 46 โรง ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร จำนวน 230 ฉบับ ครูอาจารย์ จำนวน 373 ฉบับ รวม 603 ฉบับ ได้รับคืน 495 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 82.08 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จ รูป SPSS คำนวณค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่มีการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ คือ งานวิชาการ งานธุรการ การบริหารทั่วไป งานปกครองนักเรียน งานบริการ สำหรับโรงเรียนกับชุมชนมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. ปัญหาของการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาอยู่ในระดับน้อย เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้คือ งานปกครองนักเรียน โรงเรียนกับชุมชน การบริหารทั่วไป งานธุรการ งานบริหาร งานวิชาการ | - |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this research was to study the state and problems in the administration of large secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Bangkok Metropolis. The researchers sent 603 questionnaires to 230 administrators and 373 teachers of 46 large secondary schools .495 or 82.08 percent were completed and returned. The data was analyzed by using the SPSS computer programme in terms of percentages, arithmetic means and standard deviations. Finding of the research 1. The large secondary school performance was rated high on academic affairs, business affairs, general administration, student activities, services, respectively. The performance on school and community was low. 2. The problems in the administration of large secondary school were rated low. They were low on student activities, school and community, general administration, business affaris, services, and academic affairs, respectively | - |
