| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะสำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้ชมรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับสิ่งต่อไปนี้ 1. ความสนใจและความต้องการรับชมรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช 2. ลักษณะเนื้อหา รูปแบบรายการ ความยาว คุณภาพ วันเวลา และสถานีที่รับชมได้ชัดเจนที่สุด การดำเนินการวิจัย 1. เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรคือ (1) ผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 หรือเทียบเท่า หรือต่ำกว่า (2) ผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 หรือเทียบเท่า หรือสูงกว่า แต่ไม่ถึงระดับปริญญาตรี และ (3) ผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าระดับปริญญาตรี โดยออกแบบสอบถามเพื่อทราบความต้องการ ความคิดเห็นของผู้ชมรายการโทรทัศน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช 2. หาค่าร้อยละของข้อมูลและนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปตารางประกอบการบรรยาย ผลการวิจัย 1. ผู้ชมร้อยละ 84.80 แสดงความสนใจและความต้องการมากที่สุดต่อการจัดทำรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษา สำหรับประชาชนโดยเฉพาะ 2. ลักษณะเนื้อหาที่ควรใช้ในการจัดทำรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษา สำหรับประชาชนโดยเฉพาะ ได้แก่ กฎหมาย วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ การปกครอง วิชาชีพและวิชาการก้าวหน้าด้านต่าง ๆ 3. รูปแบบรายการที่ใช้ในการจัดทำรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษาสำหรับประชาชนโดยเฉพาะควรเป็นรูปแบบสารคดี และรูปแบบสารละคร ที่มีการสรุปประเด็นสำคัญในตอนท้าย 4. รายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษาควรมีความยาว 30 นาที 5. คุณภาพรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชที่ผ่านมาอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี 6. วันเวลาที่ผู้ชมสะดวกในการรับชมรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษาคือ วันศุกร์ วันเสาร์ และวันอาทิตย์ ในระหว่างเวลา 19.00-21.00 น. 7. สถานีโทรทัศน์ที่ผู้ชมส่วนใหญ่รับชมได้ชัดเจนมากที่สุดคือ สถานีโทรทัศน์กองทัพบกช่อง 7 สี ข้อเสนอแนะ 1. มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ควรเพิ่มการผลิตรายการและจัดสรรเวลาสำหรับการออกอากาศรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษาที่จัดทำขึ้นสำหรับประชาชนโดยเฉพาะ ในวันศุกร์ วันเสาร์ และวันอาทิตย์ ช่วงเวลา 19.00-21.00 น. 2. มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ควรจัดทำหนังสือตารางแนะนำรายการโทรทัศน์แจกให้ประชาชนฟรี โดยในหนังสือสามารถลงโฆษณาแจ้งความได้ 3. ลักษณะเนื้อหาที่ควรใช้ในการจัดทำรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษา สำหรับประชาชนโดยเฉพาะ ได้แก่ กฎหมาย วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ การปกครอง วิชาชีพและวิชาการก้าวหน้าต่าง ๆ |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes: The purposes of this study were twofold: 1. To survey the interest and the need of television viewers on Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University educational television programmes; 2. To find out the needs of television programmes in terms of contents, formats, length, televised times and coverage: Procedures: 1. Three levels of television viewers: (1) M.S.3 or equivalent or lower, (2) M.S.5 or equivalent or upper but lower than Bachelor’s degree, and (3) Bachelor’s degree or higher, from all over the country were randomly selected to answer the questionnaire; 2. The collected data were analysed in terms of percentage and presented in the form of tables. Results: 1. 84.80% of television viewers indicated that they were extremely needed and interested in educational television programmes; 2. The scope of contents suggested for educational television programmes are in the areas of Law, Health Science, Public Administration, Vocational Education and new technology; 3. The recommended television programme formats are documentary and docudrama with conclusion; 4. The recommended length of each television programmes is 30 minutes; 5. The quality of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University television programmes are rated as “good”; 6. Most desirable viewing times are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 7.00 p.m.-9.00 p.n.; 7. the television station, from which the programmes most clearly viewed, was the Royal Thai Armu T.V. Channel 7. Recommendations: 1. Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University should increase the production and broadcast of educational television programmes for general public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 7.00 p.m.- 9.00 p.m.’ 2. Sukhothat Thammathirat Open University should distribute the T.V. Guide, which may carry advertisement, to general public without charge; 3. Television programme contents should mainly in the areas of Law, health Science, Public Admistration, Vocational Education and new technology. |
