| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย มี 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียน ของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย คือ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน (ครูใหญ่) และครูที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนด้านต่างๆ ของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา หลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร แยกเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน (ครูใหญ่) จำนวน 90 คน ครูจำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะแบบตรวจสอบ แบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า แบบปลายเปิด ซึ่งสร้างขึ้นโดยอาศัยแนวจากตำรา เอกสาร และวิทยานิพนธ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการทำการสำรวจขั้นต้น (pilot study) โดยแบบสอบถามได้แบ่งงานกิจการนักเรียนออกเป็น 8 ด้าน คือ การรับและการแบ่งกลุ่มนักเรียน การปฐมนิเทศนักเรียน การรักษาระเบียบวินัยของโรงเรียน การทำทะเบียนและรายงานเกี่ยวกับตัวนักเรียน การจัดกิจกรรมของนักเรียน การบริการเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพอนามัยนักเรียน การจัดและบริการแนะแนว การจัดทุนอุดหนุนการศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้วิธีหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต (x ̅) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การเปรียบเทียบโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และวิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา สมมุติฐานการวิจัย ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ไม่แตกต่างกัน สรุปผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ในด้านความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เห็นว่า โรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก 8 ด้าน คือ การรับและการแบ่งกลุ่มนักเรียน, การปฐมนิเทศนักเรียน, การรักษาระเบียบวินัยของโรงเรียน, การทำทะเบียนและรายงานเกี่ยวกับตัวนักเรียน, การจัดกิจกรรมของนักเรียน, การบริการเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและอนามัยนักเรียน, การจัดแนะบริการแนะแนวและการจัดทุนอุดหนุนการศึกษา 2) ในด้านความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร เห็นว่าโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มีปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อย 2 ด้าน คือ การรับและการแบ่งกลุ่มนักเรียน และการจัดและบริการแนะแนว และเห็นว่ามีปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้อยที่สุด 6 ด้าน คือ การปฐมนิเทศนักเรียน การรักษาระเบียบวินัยของโรงเรียน การทำทะเบียนและรายงานเกี่ยวกับตัวนักเรียน การจัดกิจกรรมของนักเรียน การบริการเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพของนักเรียน การจัดทุนอุดหนุนการศึกษา 3) ในการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 เฉพาะในเรื่องการจัดและบริการแนะแนว 4) ในการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนเอกชนอาชีวศึกษา ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เฉพาะในเรื่อง การปฐมนิเทศนักเรียน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were as follows;1. To study the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the operation of student services of private vocational schools in Bangkok Metropolis. 2. To study the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the operational problems of student services of private vocational schools in Bangkok Metropolis, 3. To compare the opinions concerning the operation and the operational problems of student services of private vocational schools in Bangkok Metropolis. Hypothesis; The opinions of the administrators and teachers concerning the operation and the operational problems of student services of private vocational schools in Bangkok Metropolis are not different. Research Procedures: The population involved in the study consisted of administrators and teachers who have been responsible for operation of student services in private vocational schools under the Department of Private Education in Bangkok Metropolis. The population included were 90 principals and 90 teachers. The instrument used was a questionnaire including check list, rating scale, and open-ended questions constructed from books, articles, related theses and pilot study. The questionnaire included the following 8 areas related to student service; enrollment and grouping of students; orientation; discipline; records and report keeping; student activities; health service program, guidance and scholarship possibilities. The data were analyzed by using percentages, means, standard deviations, t-test and content analysis. Findings; 1.Regarding the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the operation of student services of private vocational schools in Bangkok Metropolis, the private vocational schools performed at the high level in 8 area tasks; enrollment and grouping of students; orientation; discipline, records and report keeping; student activities; health service program; guidance and scholarship possibilities. 2.Regarding the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the problems of operation of student services of private vocational schools in Bangkok Metropolis, the private vocational schools encountered problems of operation of student services at the low level in 2 area tasks: enrollment and grouping of students ; and guidance, It was also found that the problems encountered included operational problems of student services at the lowest level in 6 area tasks; orientation; discipline; records and report keeping; student activities; health service program; and scholarship possibilities, 3. To compare the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the operation of student services of private vocational schools in Bangkok Metropolis, Their opinions were found statistically different at the 0.01 level only in the area task of guidance, 4. To compare the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning the problems of operation of student services of private vocational schools in Bangkok Metropolis, Their opinions were found statistically different at the 0.05 level only in the area task of orientation |
