| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารครูพลศึกษาและนักเรียนในวิทยาลัยนาฏศิลป์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษา ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังวิทยาลัยนาฏศิลป์ จำนวน 10 แห่ง เป็นแบบสอบถามสำหรับผู้บริหารจำนวน 20 ชุด สำหรับครูพลศึกษา จำนวน 20 ชุด และสำหรับนักเรียนจำนวน 250 ชุด รวมแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 290 ชุด และได้รับคืนมาเป็นจำนวน 263 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.69 นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ ด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One – Way Analysis 0f Variance) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลป์มีการจัดโปรแกรมพลศึกษา คือ โปรแกรมการสอนพลศึกษาในชั้นเรียนจัดทุกแห่ง โปรแกรมการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในโปรแกรมการแข่งขันกีฬาภายนอกและระหว่างสถาบัน และโปรแกรมการจัดกิจกรรมสันทนาการ จัดเป็นส่วนมาก ส่วนโปรแกรมการจัดกิจกรรมบรรดิการทางพลศึกษาไม่มีการจัด 2. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารเกี่ยวปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษาในวิทยาลัยนาฏศิลป์ ที่เห็นว่ามีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ไม่มีห้องเปลี่ยนเครื่องแต่งตัว และไม่มีห้องทำความสะอาดร่างกาย ส่วนที่เห็นว่ามีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก คือ สนามและอุปกรณ์กีฬาต่าง ๆ พร้อมทั้งเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกมีไม่เพียงพอ ไม่มีสถานที่เก็บอุปกรณ์ นักกีฬา ไม่มีเวลาฝึกซ้อมก่อนการแข่งขัน ประเภทของกิจกรรมนันทนาการมีไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนนักเรียนและงบประมาณมีไม่เพียงพอในการจัดโปรแกรมพลศึกษา 3. ความคิดเห็นของครูพลศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษาในวิทยาลัยนาฏศิลป์ ที่เห็นว่ามีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ ไม่มีห้องทำความสะอาดร่างกาย ส่วนที่เห็นมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก คือไม่มีห้องเปลี่ยนเครื่องแต่งตัว สนามและอุปกรณ์กีฬาต่าง ๆ พร้อมทั้งเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกมีไม่เพียงพอ ไมมีสถานที่เก็บอุปกรณ์ ครูพลศึกษาขาดขวัญและกำลังใจในการทำงาน ผู้บริหารไม่ค่อยสนับสนุนวิชาพลศึกษา และการแข่งขันกีฬา ขาดผู้แนะนำ และฝึกซ้อมนักกีฬาการบริการด้านสวัสดิการแก่นักกีฬายังไม่ดี ประเภทของกิจกรรมนันทนาการไม่เพียงพอกับนักเรียน โอกาสในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนักเรียนมีไม่ทั่วถึง และงบประมาณมีไม่เพียงพอในการจัดโปรแกรมพลศึกษา 4. ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษาในวิทยานาฏศิลป์ ที่เห็นว่ามีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมากคือ สนามและอุปกรณ์กีฬาต่าง ๆ ที่ไม่เพียงพออุปกรณ์ขำรุดง่าย ไม่มีห้องทำความสะอาดร่างกาย ไม่มีห้องเปลี่ยนเครื่องแต่งตัว ผู้บริหารไม่ค่อยสนับสนุนวิชาพลศึกษา และการแข่งขันกีฬา อาจารณ์อื่น ๆ ไม่ค่อยให้ความร่วมมือในการแข่งขันกีฬาภายใน วิทยาลัยไม่ค่อยสนับสนุนกิจกรรมนันทนาการ ประเภทของกิจกรรมนันทนาการไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนนักเรียน และงบประมาณไม่เพียงพอในการจัดโปรแกรมพลศึกษา การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร ครูพลศึกษา และนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการโปรแกรมพลศึกษาพบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน นอกจากปัญหาในด้านการจัดและดำเนินการโปรแกรมการสอนพลศึกษาในชั้นเรียน ที่ผู้บริหารกับนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate opinion of administrators, physical education teachers and students in dramatic art colleges, concerning problems of organizing and conducting physical education programs. The total of 290 questionnaires were sent toten dramatic art colleges. Twenty questionnaires were completed by administrators 20 questionnaires by physical education teachers, and 250 questionnaires by students. The returned questionnaires of 263 were accounted for 90 percent of all questionnaires disseminated. The obtained data wer analyzed into percentages, means, standard deviations and the one-way analysis of variances. The results indicated that: 1. All of dramatic art colleges organized and Conducted the class instructional programs, Whereas the intramural programs and recreational programs were organized by most all college and adapted physical education programs were not organized by any college at all. 2. The administrators thought that the critical problem organizing and conducting physical education programs in dramatic art college were the lack of locker and dressing rooms .The major problems were the insufficience of available fields facilities, equipment and storage room. Students did not have enough time to practice for competition. There existed the insufficient recreational activities and the shortage of budget for organizing physical education programs. 3. As the physical education teachers, the most critioal problems of organizing and conducting physical education programs in dramatic art colleges were the lack of dressing rooms. The major problem were the insufficience of dressing rooms, fields, facilitier equipment, and storage rooms. Since the administrators did not support the physical education and sport competition, physical educators were lowered in morale and unmotivated in performing their duties. There existed a lack of coaching and training, unappropinate welfare for athletes. Recreational activities were extremely limited to the number of students. In addition, the available budget wasinsufficient for organizing the physical education programs 4. Students opinions revealed that the most critical problem of organizing and conducting physical education programs in dramatic art colleges were the lack of fields and equipment. Available equipment was easily damaged. There was insufficience of dressing room and bodity cleaning room. The administrators did not adequate support in physical education teaching and sport competition. Furthermore, the other teachers did not cooperate in the intramural program. In addition to inadequate support, recreational activities were extremely limited to the number of students. Finally, the available budget was insufficient for organizing the physical education programs. For the comparison of opinion related to problems of organizing and conducting physical education programs among administrator, physical education teachers, and students, the results indicated that there was significant difference between the opinions of administrators and students at. 05 level of significance. Other significant differences were not observed. |
