| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของผู้ปกครองไทยมุสลิม ในการส่งเสริมวินัยแห่งตนของนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ต การดำเนินการวิจัย ตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนไทยมุสลิมที่มีวินัยแห่งตนอยู่ในระดับสูง ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2529 ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ต จำนวน 88 คน เครื่องมือที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเพื่อใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1. แบบวัดความมีวินัยแห่งตน มีค่าความเที่ยง -0.75 2. แบบสัมภาษณ์ฉบับที่ 1 สำหรับสัมภาษณ์ผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการส่งเสริมวินัยแห่งตนของนักเรียน 3. แบบสัมภาษณ์ฉบับที่ 2 สร้างขึ้นโดยอาศัยข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้จากแบบสัมภาษณ์ฉบับที่ 1 รวมทั้งการศึกษาทฤษฎีและวิธีการจากหนังสือและงานวิจัย ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมมาได้ วิเคราะห์โดยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ในการส่งเสริมวินัยแห่งตน ในด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ความรู้สึกผิดชอบและความรับผิดชอบ โดยวิธีการส่งเสริมวินัยแห่งตน 4 วิธีคือ การสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับเด็ก การแสดงตนเป็นแบบย่างที่ดีแก่เด็ก การกระตุ้นและเสริมกำลังใจแก่เด็กและการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอของผู้ปกครอง ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนไทยมุสลิมที่มีวินัยแห่งตนอยู่ในระดับสูงใช้วิธีการส่งเสริมทั้ง 4 วิธี โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1.1 ในการส่งเสริมวินัยแห่งตนในด้านความซื้อสัตย์ และความรู้สึกผิดชอบนั้นผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนไทยมุสลิมที่มีวินัยแห่งตนอยู่ในระดับสูงใช้วิธีการแสดงตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่เด็กและการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอของผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนวิธีการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับเด็กและการกระตุ้นและเสริมกำลังใจแก่เด็ก ผู้ปกครองใช้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1.2 ในการส่งเสริมวินัยแห่งตนในด้านความรับผิดชอบ ซึ่งผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนไทยมุสลิมที่มีวินัยแห่งตนอยู่ในระดับสูงใช้วิธีการสร้างภาพที่ดีกับเด็ก แสดงตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่เด็กและการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอของผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดับมาก วิธีการกระตุ้นและเสริมกำลังใจแก่เด็ก ผู้ปกครองใช้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. สำหรับวิธีการทั้ง 4 วิธีที่ผู้ปกครองใช้เพื่อส่งเสริมวินัยแห่งตนแก่เด็ก ซึ่งได้แก่การสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีแก่เด็ก การแสดงตนแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่เด็ก การกระตุ้นและเสริมกำลังใจแก่เด็กและการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอของผู้ปกครองนั้นผู้ปกครองได้ปฏิบัติดังนี้ 2.1 ในการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับเด็กนั้น ผู้ปกครองใช้วิธีการตักเตือนและคาดโทษเมื่อเด็กทำไม่ถูกต้อง ตำหนิติเตียนหรือลงโทษโดยบอกเหตุผลเมื่อเด็กฝ่าฝืนคำตักเตือน ชี้แจงเหตุผล ให้คำแนะนำ และอบรมสั่งสอนโดยยกหลักคำสอนของศาสนาอิสลามและแบบอย่างของท่านมีอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนวิธีอื่น ๆ ผู้ปกครองใช้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2.2 ในการแสดงตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่เด็กนั้น ผู้ปกครองใช้วิธีการแสดงตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้เด็กเห็นในด้านความซื่อสัตย์ โดนการพูดจริงกับเด็กและผู้อื่น ด้านความรู้สึกผิดชอบ โดยการแสดงกิริยา มารยาทที่เหมาะสม การกระทำที่ให้คุณให้โทษและการสำนึกในความผิดที่กระทำ ด้านความรับผิดชอบโดยการรักษาสุขภาพอนามัยและการทำตามกฎเกณฑ์ของสังคมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีผู้ปกครองส่วนน้อย ใช้วิธีการแสดงตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้เด็กเห็นในด้านความรับผิดชอบโดยการศึกษาหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอ่านหนังสืออื่น ๆ ที่ให้ความรู้และความบันเทิง เช่น นิตยสาร วารสารต่าง ๆ 2.3 ในการกระตุ้นและเสริมกำลังใจแก่เด็กนั้น ผู้ปกครองใช้วิธีการแสดงความพอใจโดยแสดงออกทางสีหน้าอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนวิธีอื่น ๆ ผู้ปกครองใช้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2.4 ในการปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ ของผู้ปกครองนั้น ผู้ปกครองใช้วิธีการทั้ง 3 คือ เอาใจใส่ดูแล ทำตามข้อตกลงที่ได้ตกลงไว้กับเด็ก และพ่อแม่หรือผู้ปกครองทุกคนในแต่ละครอบครัวยึดแนวเดียวกันในการทำตามข้อตกลงที่ได้ตกลงไว้กับเด็กอยู่ในระดับมาก |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the perception of Thai Muslim parents in promoting self-discipline of students in schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Phuket Provincial Primary Education. Procedures The subjects used were parents of 83 Thai Muslim students with high level of self-discipline, Prathom Suksa six, academic year 2529, in schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Phuket Provincial Primary Education. Three kinds of instruments constructed by the researcher were used. They were:- 1. The Self-Discipline Measure Form, its validity was 0.75. 2. The Interview Form I for interviewing parents concerning the strategies used for promoting students self-discipline in general. 3. The Interview Form II constructed by using the data obtained from the Interview Form I, Including theories and practices from books and research study. The data collected were analyzed by using mean and standard deviation. Results The results of the study indicated that : 1. In promoting self-discipline concerning faithfulness, conscience and responsibility, parents of Thai Muslim students with high level of self-discipline used the following strategies... building good relationship with their children, being good model for their children, encouraging and reinforcing their children, and following rules regularly at the moderate level. 1.1 In promoting self-discipline concerning faithfulness and conscience, parents of Thai Muslim students with high level of self-discipline used the following strategies being good models for their children and following rules regulary at the high level, and using the strategies of building good relationship with their children, and encouraging and reinforeing their children at the moderate level. 1.2 In promoting self-discipline concerning responsibility, parents of Thai Muslim students with high level of self-discipline used the following strategies…building good relationship with their children, being good models for their children and following rules regularly at the high level and encouraging and reinforcing their children at the moderate level. 2. According to the 4 the strategies, the following practices were applied : 2.1 In Guilding good relationship with their children, parents used the following practices at the high level : warned and punished when their children behave inappropriately; blamed or punished by explaining reasons when the children violated the rules; explained reasons; gave advices; and taught by referred to the principles of Muslimism and the life model of Na-bee (the religious founder). The other practices were done at the moderate level. 2.2 In being good models for their children, parents used the following practices at the high level : being good models for faithfulness by speaking truth to other people; for conscience by impressing their children with appropriate manners; realizing, good and bad impact on other people and feeling quilty after behaving badly; and of responsibility by maintaining hygiene and conforming social rules and regulation. Few parents were good models in searching for more knowledge by reading good fictions, non-fictions and journals. 2.3 In encouraging and reinforcing their children, parents used the following practices at the high level: showed their satisfaction by facial expressions. The other practices were done at the moderate level. 2.4 In following rules regularly, parent used the following practices at the high level: took care of their children closely, parents did what had been agreed or set with their children and every parent in each family congruently practiced the aforementioned strategy at the high level. |
