| Abstract: | ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถาม 100 ข้อ แบบสัมภาษณ์ 40 ข้อ จากจุดมุ่งหมายเฉพาะ ที่ได้จากรายการขอบเขตหน้าที่และเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของครูประถมศึกษาซึ่งกำหนดไว้ โดยครอบคลุมเนื้อหน้า 4 หมวด คือ 1 หมวด ก.ความรู้ของครู 2 หมวด ข. ทักษะในการสอนของครู 3 หมวด ค. ทัศนคติของครู และ 4 หมวด ง. หน้าที่และงานของครูเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยทั้ง 2 ชุด เป็นแบบให้มีคำตอบให้เลือก 2 คำตอบ และให้เลือกตอบเพียงคำตอบเดียว สำหรับแบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ปกครอง มีปลายเปิดให้แสดงเหตุผลด้วยผู้วิจัยไปเก็บข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบธรรมดา ได้ตัวอย่างประชากรที่เป็นนักเรียนจากโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา 28 โรงเรียน จำนวน 1,000 คน และตัวอย่างประชากรที่เป็นผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 100 คน ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสองประเภท โดยการหาค่าร้อยละเป็นรายข้อ และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นระหว่างนักเรียนชาย กับนักเรียนหญิง โดยการทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลของการวิจัย 1.นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นตรองจุดมุ่งหมายเฉพาะอยู่ในเกณฑ์น่าพอใจนั่นคือผู้ตอบ ตรองตรงจุดมุ่งหมายเฉพาะร้อยละ 80 ขึ้นไป 1.1หมวด ก.ความรู้ของครู น่าไอใจ 22 ไม่น่าพอใจ 3 ข้อ ข้อที่น่าพอใจสูงมากคือ ครูควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับพิธีการทางศาสนา การร้องเพลงไทยเดิมหรือเพลงไทยสากล เกษตรกรรมเบื้องต้น และพื้นฐานทางครอบครัวของเด็ก 1.2หมวด ข. ทักษะในการสอนของครูน่าพอใจ 21 ข้อ ไม่น่าพใจ 4 ข้อ ข้อที่น่าพอใจสูงมาก คือ ทักษะในการสอนของครูเกี่ยวกับ อธิบายได้อย่างแจ่มแจ้งชัดเจน สร้างบรรยากาศให้เป็นกันเองกับผู้เรียน ใช้ภาษาในการสื่อความหมายได้อย่างเหมาะสม และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างฉลาด 1.3หมวด ค. ทัศนคติของครู น่าพอใจ 25 ข้อ ไม่น่าพอใจ 3 ข้อ ข้อที่น่าพอใจสูงมาก คือ ทัศนคติที่ดีของครูเกี่ยวกับ ไม่ชอบอบายมุข มีความยุติธรรมชอบสอน และรู้จักควบคุมอารมณ์ 1.4หมวด ง. หน้าที่และงานของครู น่าพอใจ 19 ข้อ ไม่น่าพอใจ 3 ข้อ ข้อที่น่าพอใจสูงมาก คือ หน้าที่และงานของครูเกี่ยวกับ เป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีแก่นักเรียนรู้และปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของโรงเรียน จัดเก็บเอกสารและอุปกรณ์การสอนเข้าหมวดหมู่และตรวจสมุดทำงานของนักเรียน 2.นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิง มีความเห็นเกี่ยวกับขอบเขตหน้าที่และเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของครูประถมศึกษาสอดคล้องกัน กล่าวคือ ในหมวด ก.ความรู้ของครู 21 ข้อ หมวด ข. ทักษะในการสอนของครู 22 ข้อ หมวด ค. ทัศนคติของครู 22 ข้อ หมวด ง. หน้าที่และงานของครู 19 ข้อ ในส่วนที่นักเรียนชายและนักเรียนหญิงมีควาเห็นไม่สอดคล้องกันมีดังนี้ หมวด ก.ความรู้ของครู 4 ข้อ และหมวด ข. ทักษะในการสอนของครู 3 ข้อ หมวด ค. ทักศนคติของครู 6 ข้อ หมวด ง. หน้าที่และงานของครู 3 ข้อ 3.ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นตรงจุดมุ่งหมายเฉพาะอยู่ในเกณฑ์น่าพอใจทุกข้อ 3.1หมวด ก. ความรู้ของครู ข้อที่น่าพอใจสูงมาก คือ ความรู้ของครูเกี่ยวกับ หลักและวิธีการแนะแนว พิธีการทางศาสนา และเกษตรกรรมเบื้องต้น 3.2หมวด ข. ทักษะในการสอนของครู ข้อที่น่าพอใจสูงมาก คือ ทักษะในการสอนของครูเกี่ยวกับสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จำชื่อนักเรียนได้ และนำนิทานมาประกอบการสอนได้ 3.3หมวด ค. ทัศนคติของครู ข้อที่น่าพอใจสูงมาก คือ ทัศนคติที่ดีของครูที่เกี่ยวกับ มีความสามัคคี แต่งกายเหมาะสม เป็นกันเอง และมีความยุติธรรม 3.4หมวด ง. หน้าที่และงานของครู ข้อที่น่าพอใจสูงมาก คือหน้าที่และงานของครูเกี่ยวกับทำสมุดรายงานประจำตัวนักเรียน ดูแลช่วยเหลือเมื่อนักเรียนเจ็บป่วย และร่วมกิจกรรมของชุมชน |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes The purpose of this research was to study opiniong of elementary school students and parents in Uttaradit Province Concerning Task and Criterion Profiles of Elementary School Teachers and to investigate whether the sex of the students influenced their opinion. Procedures The researcher constructed 100opinionaires and 40 interviews from the specifications. Both of questionnaires for teachers included teacher’s knowledge, technical skills of teaching, attitudes and values and job description. The technique of check list was employed but in parents’ interview also used open-end. The data were collected from simple random sampling. The sampled groups were 1,000 students from 28 elementary schools and 100 parents. All returned questionnaires were analyzed statistically by means of percentage and chi-square then tabulated and explained descriptively. Findings Most of the students’ opinions fulfilled favorably the specifications, that was the students’ opinions fulfilled the specification upper 80 percents. 1.1In teacher’s knowledge category, students showed the favorable opinions on 22 items. But 3 items were not. The highest favorable items were as follows : religions ceremonies, Thai classical music knowledge, basic agriculture and fundamental of children family. 1.2In teacher’s technical skills of teaching category, students showed the favorable opinions on 21 items, but 4 items were not. The highest favorable items were as follows : best description, classroom learning climate, using appropriate language in communication and answering the students’ problem cleverly. 1.3In teacher’s attitudes and values category, students showed the favorable opinions on 25 items, but 3 items were not, The highest favorable items were as follows : no inclination for vices, agree with justice, teaching preference and able to control unsatistied emotion. 1.4In job description category, students showed the favorable opinions on 19 items, but 3 items were not. The highest favorable items were as follows : good example to students, knowledge and compliance with the school regulations, orderly maintenance of school records and checking of the students work book. 2. Most of students, both boys and girls, agreed on task and criterion profiles of elementary school teachers, in teacher’s knowledge 21 items, in teacher’s technical skills 22 items, in teacher’s attitudes and values 22 items and job description 19 items were not all different. Most of the opinions of boys and girls, in teacher’s knowledge 4 items, in teacher’s technical skills 3 items, in teacher’s attitudes and values 6 items, and job description 3 items were all different from the criterion profiles of elementary school teacher. 3.Most of the parents’ opinions fulfilled the specification 3.1In teacher’s knowledge category, the significant items were the knowledge of principles and method of guidance, relegions ceremonies and basic agriculture. 3.2In teacher’s technical skills category, the significant items were the efficiency of teaching potential, remembering of students’ names, ability of a story into teaching process. 3.3In teacher’s attitudes category, the significant items were the esprit de corps, decorum in dress, social ability and sense of justice. 3.4In job description category, the significant items were the preparation of students work books, taking care of sick students and participation in community activities. |
