| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การใช้มูลฐานอำนาจการบริหารของผู้บริหาร การยอมตามมูลฐานอำนาจการบริหารของผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารและอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 10 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้มูลฐานอำนาจการบริหารของผู้บริหารระหว่างเพศ อายุ วุฒิและประสบการณ์บริหาร และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการยอมตามมูลฐานอำนาจการบริหารของผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารและอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ระหว่างเพศ อายุ วุฒิและประสบการณ์ทำงานผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 519 ฉบับไปยังผู้บริหาร ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารและอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา เขตการศึกษา 10 แบบสอบถามได้รับกลับคืนมา จำนวน 496 ฉบับคิดเป็นร้อยละ 95.56 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า "ที" (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียวหรือ F-test และการทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีของนิวแมน คูลส์ (New-man Keuls Test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาใช้มูลฐานอำนาจอันชอบธรรมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือมูลฐานอำนาจความเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มูลฐานอำนาจการให้คุณ มูลฐานอำนาจการให้โทษและมูลฐานอำนาจอ้างอิง ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารและอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษายอมตามมูลฐานอำนาจความเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญมากที่สุด มูลฐานอำนาจการให้โทษและมูลฐานอำนาจอ้างอิงน้อยที่สุด เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้มูลฐานอำนาจอันชอบธรรมและมูลฐานอำนาจความเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในทุกประสบการณ์บริหารของผู้บริหาร การยอมตามมูลฐานอำนาจอ้างอิงในทุกกลุ่มอายุและมูลฐานอำนาจความเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในทุกระดับวุฒิของผู้ช่วยผู้บริหาร และการยอมตามมูลฐานอำนาจการให้โทษในทุกระดับวุฒิและทุกประสบการณ์ทำงานของอาจารย์โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate the application of administrative power base of administrators, the compliance of administrative power base of assistant administrators and large secondary school teachers under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Educational Region Ten 2) to compare the application of administrative power base of administrators with sex, age, academic degrees and administrative experiences, and 3) to compare the compliance of administrative power base of assistant administrators and large secondary school teachers with sex, age, academic degrees and length of service. Five hundred and nineteen questionnaires were sent to the administrators, assistant administrators and large secondary school teachers under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Education, Educational Region Ten. Four hundred ninety-six questionnaires, accouted for 95.56 percent, were returned, and then analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. A t-test, F-test and New-man Keuls' test were also employed. It was found that the secondary school administrators applicated to ligitimate power base the most. The next four orders of application were expert power, reward power, coercive power and referent power. Assistant administrators and secondary school teachers had complied expert power base the most, the least were coercive power and referent power base. When compared the application of legitimate power and expert power base in all administrative experiences of administrators, the compliance of referent power base in every group of age and expert power base in every level of academic degrees of assistant administrators, and the compliance of coercive power base in every level of academic degrees and all the length of service of the secondary school teachers, the results showed significant differences at the .05 level. |
