| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนกับอิทธิพลเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการเรียนเของชุมชน ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการวิจัยโดยการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มอาชีพ 3 กลุ่ม และผู้นำของชุมชน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. วัฒนธรรมการเรียนเของชุมชนก่อนมีเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร การพัฒนาชุมชนแยกส่วนกันอย่างชัดเจนระหว่างชุมชน และโรงเรียน ทำให้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนเป็นแบบ Pedagogy และชุมชนส่วนใหญ่เป็น Andragogy เพราะชุมชนต้องช่วยเหลือตัวเองมาตลอด การจัดการความรู้ยังไม่เป็นระบบเท่าที่ควร มีการจดบันทึกไว้บ้าง เช่น ตำรายา แต่เรื่องราวของชุมชนจะเป็นการเล่าต่อกันมา ไม่มีการเผยแพร่ความรู้สู่ชุมชนอื่น 2. วัฒนธรรมการเรียนเของชุมชนหลังมีเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร โรงเรียนเข้ามาเป็นแกนหลักในการพัฒนาชุมชน โดยมีครูและนักเรียนเป็นกำลังสำคัญ ดังนั้น รูปแบบการเรียนจึงเป็นการผสมผสาน Synagogy โดยเรียนรู้ในกิจกรรมของชุมชนตามความต้องการของเด็กและเยาวชนมากขึ้น แต่การสอนตามหลักสูตรก็ยังมีอยู่ การจัดการความรู้เป็นระบบมากขึ้น มีการจัดทำข้อมูลชุมชน และกระจายความรู้สู่ชุมชนอื่นๆ สร้างเครือข่ายชุมชน 3. ผลกระทบของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารต่อระดับบุคคล เด็กและเยาวชนได้รับผลกระทบจากเทคโนโลยีมากที่สุด เนื่องจากความอยากรู้อยากเห็นทำให้กล้าทดลอง เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ ทำให้ใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารพัฒนาการเรียนรู้มากที่สุด ผู้ใหญ่ได้รับผลกระทบที่แตกต่างกัน ตามปัจจัยต่างๆ เช่น คุณลักษณะของบุคคล, ความจำเป็นบังคับ เป็นต้น 4. ผลกระทบของเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารต่อระดับสังคม ชุมชนมีการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมาใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาชุมชนทำให้เกิดความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในชุมชนและมีการจัดการความรู้แบบเป็นระบบมากขึ้น 5. แนวทางการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ ควรให้ชุมชนได้โอกาสในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสาร พร้อมกับการฝึกวิปัสสนาให้มีสติปัญญาในการเลือกรับข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์ เพื่อสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ และเปิดโอกาสรวมทั้งกระตุ้นให้ชุมชนเห็นถึงแนวทางการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมาใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตต่อไป ในด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายชุมชน ชุมชนเข้มแข็งควรทำหน้าที่เป็นครูพี่เลี้ยงถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กับชุมชนข้างเคียงเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาไปพร้อมๆ กัน |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to study the community learning culture and the impacts of information and communication technology. The researcher uses observation and interview methods in studying 3 occupation groups of the Sam-kha village in Lampang province. The findings of this paper are as follows: 1. The community learning culture before the emergence of ICT. The community learning style is different from school learning, that is, school learning is clearly based on Pedagogical Approach while community learning reflects Andragogical Approach. Most community members help themselves in acquiring and using knowledge for personal and community development. There is no clear pattern in knowledge management but some specific knowledge such as traditional medicine was documented as local wisdom. Most other knowledge were passed on from generation to generation through oral history and story telling among villagers. 2. After the information and communication technology (ICT) emerged in Sam-kha village, school has played more crucial role in community learning and the community learning style gradually developed into a new mode of Synagogical Approach where school-based and ICT-based learning have been successfully integrated. There is also an emergence of a system of community knowledge management whereby community database was set up and information sharing through community networking has also started in a more systematic way. 3. The personal impact of ICT. Children are effected by ICT due to their curiosity and receptiveness to ICT. Most of them learn new technology quickly which enhances their learning development dramatically. The adults are also effected by ICT but their change เท learning behavior varied according to different factors such as characteristic, needs etc. 4. The impact of ICT to the public and society. The community brings in ICT for a benefit of solving occupation-related problems as well for community enrichment, and also for creating better relationship with outside communities. 5. The future learning development strategy should provide the community with the opportunity to access the information through modem ICT and the community should get more involved in teaching their children how to select good and proper information form ICT. Concerned agencies should also promote awareness and understanding among communities about the usefulness of ICT as a way to build themselves as a knowledge community. In strengthening community networking, the stronger community should play a more active role as mentor in helping the weaker communities to become more knowledgeable about ICT. |
