dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจในการบริหารงานของผู้อำนวยการการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด โดยผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามที่จัดส่งให้ผู้อำนวยการการประถม ศึกษาจังหวัด ทั้ง 72 คน ทั่วประเทศกรอกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการตัดสินใจในการบริหารงาน ผลการวิจัย ผู้อำนวยการการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจโดยการอภิปรายปัญหาร่วมกับ กลุ่มผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและให้กลุ่มผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชารวมกำหนดการตัดสินใจด้วย อันดับรองลงมาอภิปรายปัญหาร่วมกับกลุ่มผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาก่อนแล้วจึงตัดสินใจด้วยตัวเอง นั้นคือ ผู้อำนวยการการประถมศึกษา จังหวัด มีพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้อื่นเข้ามาร่วมในการกำหนดการตัดสินใจหรือให้คำปรึกษาข้อเสนอแนะก่อน หรือที่เรียกว่าเป็นการตัดสินใจโดยกลุ่ม	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The main of objective of this research is to study the director provincial’s decision Naking behavior in administrative task. The main questionnairs were used to collect datas of decision making in administrative task and this distributed to 72 directors of the whole counties. The reseult of this study is that most of the directors discuss problems with subordinates and around them to take part in making decision on those issues. The other secound priority is having discussion with subordinates before making their old decision. That is the director give others the opportunity take part in making decision or fuding comments or it could be called decistonmaking by groups.	-
