| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะในบทบาทด้านบริหารจัดการ เชาวน์อารมณ์การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังงานอำนาจในงาน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เชาวน์อารมณ์ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงานจากหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานการพยาบาล กับสมรรถนะในบทบาทด้านบริหารจัดการของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์จำนวน 299 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดเชาวน์อารมณ์ การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงาน และสมรรถนะในบทบาทด้านบริหารจัดการ ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ .90 .83 และ .71 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มตัวแปรเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สมรรถนะในบทบาทด้านบริหารจัดการของหนัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในระดับสูงทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน (x̅=4,02) 2. ตัวแปรที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสมรรถนะในบทบาทด้านบริหารจัดการของหนัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงานและเชาวน์อารมณ์ (r = .454 และ .148) 3. การได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงานจากหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานการพยาบาลและเชาวน์อารมณ์สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์สมรรถนะในบทบาทด้านบริหารจัดการของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สามารถอธิบายได้ร้อยละ 20.60(R2 = .206) ดังสามการพยากรณ์ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Zcompc = .450• Zcmp + .140• Zcq |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this descriptive research were to study managerial role competencies, to determine the relationships between emotional quotient, job empowerment by directors and managerial role competencies of head nurses, and to determine the variables that could be able to predict the managerial role competencies of head nurses. Samples consisted of 299 head nurses in regional hospital and medical centers selected by stratified sampling technique. The research instruments were personal factors questionnaire, emotional quotient inventory (Bar-On EQ-I), job empowerment and managerial role competencies questionnaire. These instruments were tested for content validity by experts and Alpha Cronbach reliability coefficiency. The internal reliability of the scales were .90, .83, .71 respectively. The data were analyzed by using Pearson’s product moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regresstion analysis. The major findings were as follows : 1. Managerial role competencies of head nurses in all aspects were at the high lcvel (x̅=4.02) 2. There were positively significant relationships between job empowerment with managerial role competencies and emotional quotient of head nurses, at the .05 level (r = .454 และ .148) 3. Job empowerment and emotional quotient were significantly predicted managerial role competencies of head nurses at the .05 level.
