| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตลุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสาร การได้รับความรู้เรื่องเพศจากผู้ปกครอง สภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบัน และการรับรู้พฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ปลอดภัย ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสาร การได้รับความรู้เรื่องเพศจากผู้ปกครอง และสภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบัน กับการรับรู้พฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ปลอดภัย และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์การรับรู้พฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ปลอดภัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลของรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 334 คน เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสาร แบบสอบถามการได้รับความรู้ เรื่องเพศจากผู้ปกครอง แบบสอบถามสภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบัน และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้พฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ปลอดภัย ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนี้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .86,.96,.86 และ.84 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเพิ่มขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การรับรู้พฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ปลอดภัย และสภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบันอยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 4.31 และ 3.56 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสาร และการได้รับความรู้เรื่องเพศจากผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( X = 2.50 และ 3.29 ตามลำดับ) 2. ชั้นปีที่ศึกษา และการพักอาศัยมีความสัมพันธ์ กับการรับรู้พฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ปลอดภัย อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. สภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบัน สภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบันทางกายภาพ สภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบันทางจิตสังคม และการได้รับความรู้เรื่องเพศจากผู้ปกครอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก คับการรับรู้พฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ปลอดภัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. สภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบันทางจิตสังคม อายุ การพักอาศัยหอพักขอสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล การได้รับความรู้เรื่องเพศจากผู้ปกครอง พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารจากสื่อบุคคล และชั้นปีที่ 3 สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การรับรู้พฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ปลอดภัย ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 โดยมีอำนาจในการพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 12.9 (R2= .129) สร้างสมการ พยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้ การรับรู้พฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ปลอดภัยของนักศึกษาพยาบาล = .206 (สภาพแวดล้อมของสถาบันทางจิตสังคม) + .204 (อายุ) - .125 (การพักอาศัยหอพักของสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาล) + .177 (การได้รับความรู้เรื่องเพศจากผู้ปกครอง) - .142 (พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารจากสื่อบุคคล)-.188 (ชั้นปีที่ 3) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this researcli were to study personal factors, information exposure behaviors, sex education from guardians, institutional environment and perceived safe sex behaviors, to explore the relationships between personal factors, information exposure behaviors, sex education from guardians, institutional environment, and perceived safe sex behaviors and to examine the variables that predicted the perceived safe sex behaviors. Subjects were 334 nursing students, governmental nursing institutes, Bangkok metropolis, selected by stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using 5 instruments: demographic data form, information exposure behaviors, sex education from guardians, institutional environment and perceived safe sex behaviors questionnaires. The questionnaires were tested for content validity by panel of experts. Alpha Cronbach reliability coefficients were .86, .96, .86 and .84 respectively. The data were analyzed by using Pearson ' ร product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression at the significant level of .05. The major findings were as follows : 1. Perceived safe sex behaviors and institutional environment were at high level ( X = 4.31 and 3.56 respectively). Information exposure behaviors and sex education from guardians were at moderate level ( X = 2.50 and 3.29 respectively). 2. Class level and students' living were not significantly correlated with perceived safe sex behaviors at the 3. Institutional environment, physical institutional environment, psychosocial institutional environment and sex education from guardians were positively correlated with perceived safe sex behaviors at the .05 level. 4. Psychosocial institutional environment, age, staying in nursing institute dormitory, sex education from guardians, information exposure behaviors from person and third year were the factors that significantly predicted perceived safe sex behaviors at the level of .05. These predictive was power at 12.9 % (R2 = .129) of the variance. The predicted equation in standard score form can be stated as follow: Perceived safe sex behaviors of nursing students = .206 (psychosocial institutional environment) + .204 (age) -.125 (staying in nursing institute dormitory) + ,177 (sex education from guardians) - .142 (information exposure behaviors from person) -.188 (third year). |
