| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นชองผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติด เขตการศึกษา 6 ในด้านต่างๆ ดังนี้ คือการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียนแต่ละประเภททีกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ได้กำหนดให้จัดขึ้นในถานศึกษา การกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายและวิธีการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียน ประเภทของกิจกรรมที่จัดและวิธีการให้นักเรียนเข้าร่วม ประโยชน์ของกิจกรรมนักเรียน วิธีการประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรม ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดกิจกรรม วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร 103 คน ครู 328 คน นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 553 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างงแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi stage Random Sampling) สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยเครื่องมือ 2 ชนิด คือ แบบสอบถาม 2 ชุด แยกเป็นผู้บริหารและครู 1 ชุด และแบบสัมภาษณ์ของผู้บริหารและครูฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักเรียนนักเรียนอีก 1 ชุด นำเครื่องมือที่สร้างขึ้นไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง หลังจากนั้นนำแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่รวบรวมได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย 1.กิจกรรมนักเรียนที่ทางกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ กำหนดให้จัดขึ้นในสถานศึกษาจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 34 กิจกรรม ปรากฏว่ามีกิจกรรมถึง 21 กิจกรรม ที่ทั้งผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนเห็นตรงกันว่าทางโรงเรียนควรจัดให้มีขึ้นในระดับมาก 2.ในการจัดกิจกรรมแต่ละครั้ง ทั้งผู้บริหารและครู เห็นว่าทางโรงเรียนมีการกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายและ โครงการ โดยผู้บริการเห็นว่ามีการกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายเป็นบางกิจกรรม ส่วนครูเห็นว่ามีทุกกิจกรรม สำหรับจุดมุ่งหมายในการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียนที่ทั้งผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียน เห็นตรงกันคือ ส่งเสริมความเป็นประชาธิปไตยและฝึกการเป็นพลดีของชาติ เพื่อให้มีความร่วมมืออันดีต่อกัน เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะต่างๆ เช่น การเป็นผู้นำ การทำงานร่วมกันมีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับผู้กำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายในการจัดกิจกรรมทั้งผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนเห็นตรงกันว่าผู้กำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายคือ ครูฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักเรียน ด้านการรับทราบจุดมุ่งหมายและรายละเอียดในการดำเนินของแต่ละกิจกรรมนั้น ผู้บริหารตอบว่าทราบทุกกิจกรรม ส่วนครูและนักเรียนตอบว่าทราบบางกิจกรรม 3.วิธีการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียน ผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนเห็นตรงกันว่าผู้ริเริ่มในการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนคือ ผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนร่วมกัน ส่วนการได้มาซึ่งครูฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักเรียนนั้น ผู้บริหารจะเป็นผู้เลือกแต่งตั้งเอง วิธีการที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียนนั้น ผู้บริหารจะกำหนดแผนงานและโครงการก่อนจะมีการจัดกิจกรรมเป็นคราวๆไป ส่วนเวลาที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรม ส่วนมากพิจารณาตามความเหมาะสมของกิจกรรม วิธีการแจ้งให้ผู้ปกครองทราบถึงการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียนนั้น ผู้บริหารและนักเรียนเห็นตรงกันว่าโดยแจ้งผ่านนักเรียนไป ส่วนครูเห็นว่าโดยแจ้งเป็นจดหมายถึงผู้ปกครอง ด้านงบประมาณที่นำมาใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมของนักเรียนนั้น ทั้งผู้บริหารและครู เห็นตรงกันว่างบประมาณที่ใช้ได้มาจากการรับบริจาคจากครู นักเรียนและผู้ปกครอง 4.ผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียน มีความเห็นตรงกันว่ากิจกรรมนักเรียนที่ทางโรงเรียนเคยจัดมีดังนี้ คือ การอบรมหน้าเสาธงตอนเช้า การประชุมอบรมนักเรียนทุกๆวันสุดสัปดาห์ การเลือกหัวหน้าชั้นและหัวหน้านักเรียน การจัดกลุ่มอาสาสมัครเพื่อทำงานให้กับโรงเรียน การนำลูกเสือยุวกาชาดไปออกค่ายพักแรมและบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ การจัดกิจกรรมวันไหว้ครู การจัดกิจกรรมในวันสำคัญทางศาสนา เช่น ไปวัดหรือนิมนต์พระมาเทศนา การจัดนิทรรศการและป้ายนิเทศเนื่องในวันสำคัญต่างๆ การจัดงานวันพ่อวันแม่ การแข่งขันกีฬาระหว่างโรงเรียน ภายในกลุ่ม อำเภอหรือจังหวัด การฝึกกายบริหารตอนเช้า การจัดห้องสมุดโรงเรียน การจัดนิทรรศการและป้ายนิเทศทางวิชาการ การจัดตั้งกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียน 5.ผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียน เห็นตรงกันว่ากิจกรรมนักเรียนให้ประโยชน์ในด้านต่างๆ เช่น ได้รับความ สนุกสนานเพลิดเพลิน รู้จักทำงานเป็นหมู่คณะ ได้รับความรู้เพิ่มเติม มีโอกาสแสดงความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์และฝึกให้นักเรียนมีความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและหมู่คณะ 6.ผู้บริหารและครูเห็นตรงกันว่าภายหลังที่โรงเรียนจัดกิจกรรมแต่ละครั้งเสร็จแล้วมีการประเมินผล เป็นบางครั้ง ส่วนวิธีการแจ้งผลการจัดกิจกรรมที่ทั้งผู้บริหารและครูเห็นตรงกันคือ ครูประจำชั้น แจ้งให้นักเรียนทราบ สำหรับผลที่ได้การจัดกิจกรรมแต่ละครั้งทางโรงเรียนนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงการจัดกิจกรรมครั้งต่อไป การจัดกิจกรรมแต่ละครั้งที่ผ่านมาทั้งผู้บริหารและครูเห็นว่าจัดได้ดีแล้ว แต่นักเรียนเห็นว่าเป็นที่น่าพอใจ สำหรับปัญหาในการจัดกิจกรรมที่ทั้งผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียน เห็นตรงกันคือ ขาดเงินที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรม เวลาที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมมีน้อย โรงเรียนขาดอุปกรณ์และสถานที่ |
| Other Abstract: | Purpose The purpose of this was to study the opinions of administrators, teachers and students in the elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the office of national primary education commission, educational region six concerning the student activities stipulated by the Ministry of Education for using in the elementary schools, the status of student activities in light of their objective setting, procedures of activity organization, kinds of student activities, student participation, evaluation, problems and obstacles. Procedures Samples were composed of 103 administrators, 328 teachers, and 553 prathom suksa six students. They were selected by using multi stage random sampling technique. The toots of this study were questionnaires and an interview form. The questionnaires used by two groups; one by administrators and the teachers the other by the students. The interview forms were used for interviewing the administrators and the teachers who controlled the student activities. The collected data were analyzed by mean of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research Results 1.Administrators, teachers, and students agreed at the high level for 21 out of 34 student activities stipulated by the Ministry of Education. 2.Administrators, teachers, and students agreed the schools set objective for each activities. The main objectives in organizing each activity were as follows: the development of democracy; being a good citizen; the cooperation; the leadership; group working and creative thinking. Administrators knew the objective and the organization of every activities in detail, while teachers and students knew some of them. 3.Administrators, teachers, and students agreed that all of them know the ones who initiated the activity. The teachers who has the responsibility for student activity were selected and appointed by the administrators. The arrangement for each activity, administrators would set the project planning by themselves. The time used for organizing each activity was based on it appropriateness. Parents were informed about the activities through students or directly informed by letters. Teachers, students and parents donate budget for providing the activities. 4.Administrators, teachers, and students agreed that the kinds of activities organize were as follows: the student cultivation in front of the flag pole in the morning; the student meeting for inculcation every week-end; the selection of the chief of the class or the chief of the students; in organization of the volunteer groups working for schools, in the library or in the school cafeteria; boy scout and girl guide camping and welfare work servicing; the organization of “Teacher Day” activities; the organization of religions day activities; the organization of exhibitions of Father Day and Mother Day; the sport competition among district or province groups; the morning physical exercise; the organizations and bulletin boards arrangement; the establishment of cooperative activities. 5.The administrators, teachers, and students realized the student activities rendered great benefit in various aspects such as making students enjoyable, knowing how to work in group, getting knowledge, making creative thinking and training the students to have responsibility for themselves and groups. 6.The administrators, teachers, and students agreed that most school evaluated the student activity organization occasionally. The classroom teachers were the one who reported the results of the activity organization to students. The results of student activity organization were used for improving the next student activity organization. The administrators and teachers thought that the organization was at the good level but the students thought that it was at middle level. Problems inhibiting the student activity organization were the lack of money for arranging the programs; insufficient time for activity; the lack of instructional aids and spaces. |
