| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของศูนย์วัฒนธรรมวิทยาลัยครูที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทยในวิทยาลัยครูกลุ่มภาคเหนือ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย สร้างแบบสอบถาม 1 ชุด สำหรับสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรจากวิทยาลัยครูกลุ่มภาคเหนือ ซึ่งเป็นอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาภาษาไทย 72 คน และนักศึกษาวิชาเอกภาษาไทย จำนวน 240 คน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที เสนอผลในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่าปัจจุบันศูนย์วัฒนธรรมวิทยาลัยครูได้ดำเนินงานตามบทบาทในด้านการอนุรักษ์ ส่งเสริม และเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรมและด้านการส่งเสริมงานประเพณีท้องถิ่นอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนบทบาทในด้านอื่นๆยังอยู่ในระดับน้อย และมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และ 0.1 2. เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทยในวิทยาลัยครูกลุ่มภาคเหนืออาจารย์และนักศึกษาคิดว่า ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมวิทยาลัยครูควรจะดำเนินงานตามบทบาทต่างๆ ดังรายละเอียดที่สรุปได้ดังนี้ คือ 2.1 บทบาทด้านการศึกษาค้นคว้า และวิจัยงานด้านวัฒนธรรม อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องและใกล้เคียงกันมาก ว่าศูนย์วัฒนธรรมวิทยาลัยครู ควรศึกษาค้นคว้าและวิจัยเรื่อง ประวัติของสถานที่หรือบุคคลสำคัญของท้องถิ่นที่ปรากฏในวรรณกรรมท้องถิ่นหรือวรรณคดีไทยในระดับมาก ส่วนเรื่องอื่นๆ นอกจากนี้อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันในบางเรื่อง และแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และ .01 ในบางเรื่อง 2.2 บทบาทในด้านการอนุรักษ์ ส่งเสริม พัฒนาและเผยแพร่วัฒนธรรม อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องและใกล้เคียงกันมากกว่า ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมวิทยาลัยครูควรให้ความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนการจัดนิทรรศการเกี่ยวกับภาษา วรรณกรรม วัฒนธรรมไทยและท้องถิ่นในระดับมาก ส่วนเรื่องอื่นๆ นอกจากนี้ อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันในบางเรื่อง และแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และ .01 ในบางเรื่อง 2.3 บทบาทด้านการส่งเสริมงานประเพณีท้องถิ่น อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องและใกล้เคียงกันมากกว่าศูนย์วัฒนธรรมวิทยาลัยครูควรจัดนิทรรศการแสดงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประเพณีท้องถิ่นทั้งทางเอกสาร รูปภาพ โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ ตลอดจนการสาธิตในระดับมาก ส่วนเรื่องอื่นๆนอกจากนี้ อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกัน 2.4 บทบาทด้านการฝึกอบรมวิทยากรและบุคลากรด้านวัฒนธรรม อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องและใกล้เคียงกันมากกว่าศูนย์วัฒนธรรมวิทยาลัยครูควรจัดเรื่อง การฝึกทักษะทางการพูดและการอ่านแบบต่างๆในระดับมาก ส่วนเรื่องอื่นๆนอกจากนี้ อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันในบางเรื่อง และแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ในบางเรื่อง 2.5 บทบาทด้านการจัดดำเนินการหอวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น อาจารย์และนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องและใกล้เคียงกันมากกว่าศูนย์วัฒนธรรมวิทยาลัยครูควรจัดบริการสไลด์เกี่ยวกับการละเล่นพื้นบ้านและการละเล่นสำหรับเด็กในระดับมาก ส่วนเรื่องอื่นๆนอกจากนี้อาจารย์และนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันในบางเรื่อง และแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และ .01 ในบางเรื่อง |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes The purposes of this study were to study and to compare the opinions of teachers and students concerning roles of teachers colleges’ culture centres on teaching and learning the Thai Language in teachers colleges, northern region. Procedures A questionnaire was constructed and used in collecting data from the samples which consisted of 72 Thai Language teachers and 24O Thai Major students from teachers colleges in the northern region. The data was then computed and reported in percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test, presenting in table and descriptive form. Results The results of the study revealed that:~ 1. Both teachers and students had the same opinions. They thought that teachers colleges’ culture centres had performed their roles at the high level in conserving, promoting, developing and diffusing culture and in promoting local customs. But the other roles were at the low level and there were significantly different in the opinions of the teachers and students at the .05, .01 level. 2. In order to support Teaching and Learning the Thai Language in teachers colleges in the northern region, both teachers and students thought that teachers colleges’ culture centres should perform the following roles: 2.1 For the roles in cultural study and research; both teachers and students had the most similarity of their opinions at the high level that teachers colleges’ cultures centres should study the history of important places and persons which appeared in local literature or Thai literature. The roles in the other functions were no significantly different in some and significantly different at the .05, .01 level in some functions. 2.2 For the roles in conserving, promoting, developing and diffusing culture, both teachers and students had the most similarity of their opinions at the high level that exhibitions on language, literature, Thai culture and local culture should be supported and promoted by the centres. The roles in the other functions wane no significantly different in some and significantly different at the .05, .01 level in some functions. 2.3 For the roles in local custom promotion, both teachers and students had the same of opinions and the most similarity of their opinions which was at the high level was the teachers colleges’ culture centres should exhibit data concerning local culture by using documents, pictures, audiovisual aids and demonstrations. 2.4 For the roles in inservice for resource persons and personal, both teachers and students had the most similarity of their opinions at the high level that teachers colleges’ culture centres should provide inservice training in speaking and reading skills. The roles in the other functions were no significantly different in some and significantly different at the .01 level in some functions. 2.5 For the roles in managing facilities at the local culture centre, both teachers and students had the most similarity of their opinions at the high level that teachers colleges’ culture centres should provide slides on folk plays and the plays for the children. The roles in the other functions were no significantly different in some and significantly different at the .05, .01 level in some functions. |
