| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาว่าการบำบัดด้วยหนังสือจะสามารถลดความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับการตั้งครรภ์ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรกได้หรือไม่ การวิตกกังวลนี้ หมายถึงการปฏิบัติตนระหว่างตั้งครรภ์สุขภาพของทารกในครรภ์ การคลอดและการเลี้ยงดูทารก งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอ งกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรกที่มาฝากครรภ์ที่โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า กรมการแพทย์ทหารเรือ จำนวน ๖๐ คน การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ และสุ่มเข้าตัวอย่าง ๒ กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ ๓๐ คน โดยกลุ่มทดลองจะได้รับการบำบัดด้วยหนังสือควบคู่ไปกับการดูแลตามปกติของโรงพยาบาล ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติจากโรงพยาบาลเพียงอย่างเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบำบัดด้วยหนังสือสามารถลดความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับการตั้งครรภ์ของหญิงตั้งครรภ์แรกได้จริง |
| Other Abstract: | This research is to study whether bibliotherapy decreases the anxieties of the primigravida. The anxieties means anxieties about her performance during pregnancy, fetus's health, childbirth and child care, This research is a case study. Samples are ๖๐ primigravida who were antenatal cared by Somdejprapinklao Hospital Royal Thai Naval Medical Department. Subjects were sampled purposefully according to specific qualifications and were divided into ๒ groups: the experimental group (subjects received bibliotherapy and nursing care from the hospital); and the control group (subjects received only nursing care from the hospital) The result of the research indicates that bibliotherapy really decreases the anxieties of the primigravida. |
